We appreciated working with Luke.

We appreciated working with Luke. However, it was a struggle getting through the paperwork because it was not explained well. The detailing of the car was unacceptable; we had to do it ourselves later only to find issues that we were not informed of prior to purchase, such as small chips in the windshield, and some kind of nail polish on the upholstery. We hope that our future service will be up to what Mercedes known standards used to be. We do appreciate that most concerns were addressed and promised to be resolved.

This was the absolute best car buying experience I have

This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had, and Dianne Burnham, who was recommended by a dear friend, is the best sales rep I have ever worked with when purchasing a car. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and ALWAYS goes the extra mile to help her clients. Our sales rep, Dianne, the dealership, Mercedes of Farmington, and our new car, a 2025 GLC 300 have all greatly exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.
