Excellent service for my Lexus 350 hybrid on 4/4/25! Paula was quick to greet me and knowledgeable about my car’s history. Explained the service thoroughly. Service team quickly serviced my car and I was ready to go ahead of the time they told me it would be ready. All personnel friendly and accommodating.

My experience was not good at all.
My experience was not good at all. I took in my vehicle with one problem. The indicated a leak and replaced the part at a substantial cost. Later returned the vehicle with a similar problem from the same area of the initial problem. They diagnosed the problem (which turned out to be in error) at a substantial cost. Took the vehicle back with the same problem. They then diagnosed another problem in the same area wanting $1800 more to fix it. Paying for the first problem that was not the issue and not receiving some sort of a break on the real problem gave me the a very bad feeling that this service department only cares to money any way they can. Too bad.
