Just Don't buy a Service/Maint Package as I paid just over 3k for a service and maintenance 5 year or 100k, but got charged over 140 dollars for the 15,000 mile service.

Contacted Dealership about a used vehicle on a Friday signed agreement with them via email at their request. Travelled 3 hours Saturday morning upon arriving at the Dealership vehicle was sold on Friday. Found out the person negotiating for the dealership was a receptionist and had no business negotiating sales. She also never forwarded me to any sales person during multiple phone call. Totally poor Dealership and no the receptionist keeps contacting us if we are looking for a vehicle. Not a chance after how we were treated.
