Daneil Medina is extremely disrespectful to customers. Would have bought the car if Dan didn't step in and make several disrespectful comments. He has a very passive aggressive tone that makes it hard to buy a car here.

TWO WEEKS, THEY SAID I took my 2014 Kia Sorento to
TWO WEEKS, THEY SAID I took my 2014 Kia Sorento to Allentown Kia on Thu, July 24, 2025 to replace the A/C condenser. My advisor was Anthony J. The repair seemed fine—until I noticed on Sat, July 26 the front bumper wasn’t sitting flush. I returned immediately. Anthony said the bumper had to come off; we booked Mon, July 28. At that visit, I was told a broken bumper clip meant a full bumper replacement that had to be ordered, painted, and installed—“two weeks.” In the meantime, they taped my bumper with orange tape “for safety.” Through August, every phone call and in-person check yielded the same answer: “two weeks.” (Think The Money Pit—two weeks, two weeks, two weeks.) On Fri, Sept 26, I emailed Frank Maglio and Marc Fulmer with photos of the orange tape that had been on the car all summer and my concern it would damage the paint. Marc scheduled me for Fri, Oct 10 and promised a loaner and that the bumper would be on site. Oct 10 (7:30 a.m.): I was told I couldn’t get the loaner without a $200 fee—a cost no one disclosed in advance—so I had to leave to grab a credit card and be late to work. Then I was told the job would take another two weeks. Wed, Oct 15: Text update from Anthony—actually “about three weeks” because “just because the bumper is here doesn’t mean much; it still has to be installed and painted.” Fri, Oct 24: I emailed Jake Lebowitz (GM), attached the paper trail, and said I’d pick up my car and seek legal counsel. When I arrived at 7:30 a.m., suddenly my vehicle was ready. But wait—more issues: On Fri, Oct 31, the hood wouldn’t stay up (safety hazard), and my key fob stopped unlocking the car normally. I was patient because the car was drivable, but this was months of delays, surprise fees, and poor communication. I also felt I wasn’t taken seriously—at least in part because I’m a woman. Recommendation: Think twice before bringing your vehicle here. Posted after waiting… two more weeks. — Cynthia Santiago

We recently purchased a new (to her) car for our daughter
We recently purchased a new (to her) car for our daughter at Allentown Kia with Sales Rep Omi Camacho. Of all the dealerships and people we had to deal with while looking for the perfect car this was, by far, the best experience we had. The whole environment was nice, relaxing, and friendly. Omi went out of his way to ensure we were able to see and test drive all the vehicles in our criteria. Even the one we ended up purchasing. It still needed some work completed prior to being available for test drive. He ensured it was all completed and available that day for us. The deal/offer for the vehicle was fair and reasonable. The whole experience has us, as a family, prepared to return to this dealership and to recommend Omi in particular to family and friends in the market for a new vehicle. This was an exceptionally positive experience for us and my daughter who now has the know-how and understanding of purchasing such a high-priced item for future reference. If it's not like this experience, maybe walk away.

Good afternoon, as discussed via telephone the date on the warranty is correct and the warranty you purchased is correct by time and mileage. We cannot and would not backdate any warranty and anything that was signed by you and submitted was also time stamped by the computer system at the time of sale. You may also contact the warranty company for clarification and verification.

We were greeted almost immediately by Frank. It made the initial walk in less stressful for sure. We were looking at the Kia Seltos as it fit our budget and needs. We had never even saw one or frankly, heard of it. Frank spent time showing the vehicle and features and then went to work to help us into our NEW Seltos! At one point, Frank even got a hug for helping and exceeding our expectations.
