Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Erick who was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He listened to what I was looking for in a car and showed me a few options that fit my needs and budget. I ended up driving away in my dream car and I couldn't be happier!

I had been driving a string of GM products and after a couple of les than stellar experience with the last couple of vehicles from someone who I had bought the last 4 of my families vehicles, I decided to look beyond the “made in America” label. Stopped into This is a dealer on a whim and was quite taken with the place. First, I wasn’t pounced on by a pack of starving salesmen, I was greeted by a nice Spanish guy. Not what I expected at all. David worked with me, not pushy at all, test drove a Rogue..was impressed enough that I just plain old bought it. The GM was friendly, without being fake, the finance guy had just gotten back from a Mexican vacation and shared a couple good stories about his Trip. The payment was within my budget, the car had everything I needed. I was introduced around the place so I knew where and how to go for service and the coffee machine! Overall, a Great experience. OH, when it came time to go through my new Rogue and get to know it, my guy did it all on an IPad, then reinforced it once I was done!

Jenny was my salesperson and she made the whole process very quick and easy for me. She made sure to walk me through all of the features of the car and the app on my phone. I had no questions when I left with my new car!

Gavin Childs was an absolutely amazing salesman. He explained everything to me thoroughly and got me the price that I really needed to be at. Salesperson Awesome! Andrew Curry is an outstanding salesman. He is a very thoughtful young man that is going far in the sales world. The 2013 Chevy Silverado we bought was in good condition and no issue with price that we negotiated to. However, they were supposed to prep/clean our vehicle and it was so badly detailed that I didn’t accept it. Andrew being the EXCELLENT salesman that he is actually went back and detailed it with the detailer to meet our expectation/agreement. There was still dirt and garbage in the bed, engine compartment barely had the plastic wiped off, etc. Andrew did his best to make it right. Again, this young man is going far in the sales world. He was honest, met us at the car, walked us through the process, no high pressure sales tactics, etc. Had it not been for Andrew’s style…there would have been no sale. Tony Serra Dealership: Had some issues-Andrew was newer, not fond of the sales manager not remembering his name in front of customers. Showed a lack of professionalism. HIGHLY recommend you get your own financing before going shopping. I have outstanding credit, but the best they could do is 10% financing and we put $10k down. LET THAT SINK IN! They did agree to a free key chain, which was nice. Again, can’t stress it enough get your own financing through your bank, credit union, Uncle/Aunt. Try not to pay 10% unless you’re trying to build credit for your son or daughter…then maybe, but keep it for a year to establish history and pay it off. On final positive note they did stay open till 9 at night to finalize the sale. We were just looking initially turned into more. Again, no high pressure sales tactics.
