The dealership made receiving my title entirely too complicated. We paid in cash and it has been jumping through hoops to get it. Trevor was very nice and offered me to reach out "with any questions or concerns"...until it was clear that he wasn't pleased to be answering my questions or concerns.

Made appointment and when I arrived they were quick to attend to me. Work was done quickly. Thank you I appreciate this since I was from our of town.

Don’t waste your time. Poor customer service at the service department. I went on a Friday to make an appointment to have my windshield replaced. They sent me a quote of $209 for “requesting” a windshield replacement. They “ordered” the glass and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. I drop the car off, they call me 5 hours later just to tell me they don’t have the glass. It’s too late now but I regret buying from this dealership. They will pressure the xxxx of you.
