I greatly appreciated Kelsea, our sales rep.

I greatly appreciated Kelsea, our sales rep. She was knowledable, took the time to understand what we preferred, was truly helpful without pressuring, thus allowing us to make an informed decision. Cars are an expensive purchase and she understood this with patience and insight.

Excellent service department!

Excellent service department! Took our 2025 Honda CRV-5 in for oil change and they also did my updates too all in one service! Andy Mohr treats their customers right! Thank you 👍

Kyle was great!

Kyle was great! Kyle was informative without being overwhelming, straightforward, and good natured. From greeting us at the door to seeing us off in our new (used) CR-V, he made this our best experience ever buying a car.

My husband's 2008 Civic hadn't had maintenance recently.

My husband's 2008 Civic hadn't had maintenance recently. The service department did the work within a reasonable time for a fair price. They even cleaned the outside.

I was totally amazed by the help that we got from Tyler

I was totally amazed by the help that we got from Tyler in the service department today. Early this morning I heard an odd sound that I thought was coming from a tire as I was driving my wife’s car. This car has 2 children’s car seats in the back that were inspected as suggested by the Bloomington Police Department. This inspection certifies that they have been installed properly. Because of this, it is virtually impossible for us to switch cars to do our daily grandchild transport. When we heard this sound this morning, we were on our way to a children’s petting zoo with our 3 year old granddaughter and I was immediately concerned that we could not drive this car safely. I called Andy Mohr service department to see if they could possibly help us today because this car is essential in daily grandchildren transport. Tyler in the service department answered and said, while he could not promise anything, to bring the car in and he would do his best to evaluate the issue. When we arrived I went to the service department and Tyler happened to be on the phone with another customer and I couldn’t help overhear the conversation. It was a situation where the customer had brought a car in for service and Tyler was describing a significant situation with a tire that they had found. He went into great detail about the nature of the problem and went to great pains to clarify that he was not trying to sell anything but merely was concerned for this customer’s safety. Standing as closely as I was, it was clear to me the true care and concern that Tyler was expressing. When my turn came Tyler came to look at our car and immediately found a large bolt sticking out of our front tire! He was able to get this tire fixed within 45 minutes of my bringing it in!!!! I have reflected on how amazing Tyler was periodically though out the day. I’m sure that there are situations that he can’t help with but I’m clear, if it is possible for him to be of true service, it is his inherent nature to help.
