Called in appointment, upon arrival service rep said

Called in appointment, upon arrival service rep said windshields were not her expertise, but would do the best she could. Another rep said he did not think Toyota would replace, they would only fix. Finally after sending pic to Toyota a repair guy showed up. Can still see ding. When buying Wheel and lock policy it was not stated it would be repair only. Given what they had to work with I guess they did the best they could.

I didn’t expect a comprehensive review of my 2018 Tacoma. But got a under vehicle view of everything, Just what I needed. I was going 4 wheeling next weekend. I was totally happy with everything. Thank you. Truck runs well.

I went on Sunday to Toyota of El Cajon dealership and left with a brand new car and the best deal I ever could dream of. All employees were great specially Ammar and his boss who did an outstanding job sealing the deal, I appreciate all of them.

El Cajon Toyota is the best! Was helped by Simo. He was extremely professional. He took the time to explain the service to me. Everything was done within in the time he said it would. I’ll definitely be back and sure to ask for him as my advisor!

Took my 2016 Toyota 4Runner to Toyota of El Cajon for a

Took my 2016 Toyota 4Runner to Toyota of El Cajon for a transfer case service. My service rep, Asst. Service Manager Mckayla, helped me right away. Very professional, very knowledgeable as well as courteous and friendly. She offered a bundle package to service my front/rear differential in case I also needed those serviced, but I'd already taken care of it. Didn't hustle me to get more work done and spend more money. Great communication methods and the service was very quick. I'll be returning to Toyota of El Cajon if I ever need dealer-level work done. Thanks Mckayla
