MR has caused a significant financial hardship in my life. The salesman, MR, knowingly sold me a defective vehicle. Documented paperwork, text conversations, email, etc to support my claim.

Just bought our third car, from them, great service. The sales person, took care of all our paper work, he went over and above, great place to buy from, honest.

Bought my 2014 Ford Edge from them, they are very friendly and make the process super smooth, they have no Documentation fees, take care of all the financing and state work, one stop shop!! Would definitely be back in the future.

Came here to support a small business owner and look for a car for my daughter. The cars I wanted to look at were located on the west side of the car lot. As I was backing up my car, I noticed a small sign that I could cover up with my hand that read no cars beyond this point. Someone approached my car that I thought would ask if I needed help looking. Instead when I rolled my window down. The man very rudely said don’t hit my car. I apologized for not seeing the sign. The man was obviously more concerned about me hitting his fancy sports car even though I have a backup camera, park assist and was almost two car lengths away from his car. I wasn’t even close to his car. Wonder if I was a guy if I would have been treated the same. Also, no one bothered to ask me even if I needed any help with a car. Maybe rope off or park cars so no one can get through where you don’t want cars in a car lot.

Worked with a gentlemen named Taylor and he was very professional. The buying process was very smooth and didn't have any hiccups. Love the vehicle we purchased. Would buy from them again.

Poor customer service no one ever returned my calls or really cared if bought from them

I was happy with the service. There wasn't any pressure to purchase and the staff was friendly and helpful. I went to see the car on a Monday evening, too late for financing to go through. I told my salesman that I would be back at 9am in the morning but he wasn't there. I was a little dissappointed that he didn't come to meet with me. I did get very nice service from the other salesman in the office.
