Bought a 2014 Hyandai and it is still at the shop.

Bought a 2014 Hyandai and it is still at the shop. Engine blew after 210 miles and we just keep getting ignored…there has been NO help from dealer. It was purchased in October 2024 and it is almost January. The only time we hear back from Val or Jason is when they try to bully us to take down the negative reviews. Well dudes…FIX my car and I’ll go away!

Bought a car yesterday and on the drive home check engine

Bought a car yesterday and on the drive home check engine light popped up, front left tire pressure light came on, and the hood of the car is closed but on the dash says it’s open. Car only came with one key and a half tank of gas. Customer service was terrible, and the saleman guy Jason isn’t very honest about what he is selling you. I’m hoping to get all the problems with the car resolved without spending anymore money.

Purchased a 2018 Toyota 4runner Limited for 38K Th

Jason was a pleasure to deal with throughout the buying process. I talked to Jason several times haggling on the price of the vehicle and when we finally came to an agreement my wife and i took a two hour road trip, when we arrived the vehicle was out front and ready for a test drive. My wife and took a 10 minute ride came back and started the buying process which took about 45 minutes. I traded my car for the newer car and Jason gave me the price of my car that he and i discussed prior to taking the trip. Jason and the staff we very nice and accommodating to our needs. It was worth the drive, I would suggest anyone to give them a look for their next vehicle. Thanks Jason and the staff at Mazari Motors for a great experience Hassel Free.

Worst car buying for my daugther

My daughter purchase her first car in August, and paid it cash, after one week the car died on her, we reached out to the dealership and they took the car to their trust repair shop, kept the car for almost a month, never told us where the car was and who was repairing it, when we finally picked up the car we went for a test drive and the check-engine light was on, they kept the car for one more week, when we finally got the car again, after paying an additional $1100 for the repairs, by the time we got home all kind of problem started, I offered to return the car and get another car from their lot but they refused and offered no compensation or any type of solutions, this was by far the worst I had with purchasing a car, I do realize that sometimes dealers may get a bad car but the assistance from the dealership was worst than the car, considering that my daughter is using this car to attend her first year in college, I will tell everyone about this dealership. Willing to be contacted if they want to make it right for my daughter. Be very careful before purchasing a car from them.

Buyer Beware

Very kind staff however not up front with what they’re selling you. I was asked to give one of the employees a ride back since he lived close to me. On the way home, the tire pressure light came on. Got air and it went away. Came back on the next day. Took it to get fixed and had to spend $600 on sensors for the tires. A month later, it needs shocks, struts, and control arms for the suspension - costs estimated at over $2500! If you buy here, take the vehicle to a trusted mechanic before first. Serious buyer beware….

Liar Liar pants on fire!

It's guys like Jason and his crew that give the entire used car industry a bad wrap. I honestly don't think he could speak the truth if he tried. We're talking next level, diabolical, completely fabricated stories that he gets all of his employees on board with. After reading others' reviews, it seems most have picked up on this as well. For starters, he attempted to sell us a vehicle listed as the top of the line trim package, when it was not. When we proved it to him and gave him a chance to do the honest thing, he wouldn't budge on price and said it was still worth it anyway. He had priced it with the top of the line features that it did not have. We should have walked away there, but we had done a crazy amount of research and car shopping and this was our top pick, so we went forward with it. Bad idea. From there, an entire fabricated story was made to cover for the fact that they sold the vehicle to someone else, after we had put a deposit on it, had a bill of sale, and he promised us that the deposit would hold it for us and no one else would be able to purchase it. We were very clear and up front about our intentions and what day we would be there to make the sale, and they agreed. My husband arrived on the pre-planned day to pick up the vehicle, and it was gone from the lot. This is where the onslaught of lies began. He told us he needed to refund our down payment and could not go forward with the sale. First he claimed it was a supposed issue with the title not being clear, but he refused to garnish proof, nor give any details. We checked out several places which showed the title was clean. He would not have purchased the vehicle to begin with and put it on his lot if the title wasn't clear. When we didn't accept that story, it all of a sudden changed to something vague about the odometer reading not being correct which by law forbid him from selling it to us. My husband continued to question him and he continually changed the subject and beat around the bush, never giving direct answers as to where the car had vanished to. Finally he said it was on his "other lot." My husband told him he'd like to see the vehicle to prove that he was being honest, but Jason adamantly refused and continued making excuses. He would not let him see the car. It finally came down to Jessica (who would not make eye contact) slipping and admitting they had sold it. The entire "title" story was completely fabricated, and perpetrated by all the employees. I can't even begin to count the number of lies he told us. What a waste of time and money. These people are only in it for themselves. They will attempt to pull one over on you and lie straight to your face and not think twice. They're dishonest, terribly unprofessional, shady, and unethical. Unless you want to experience what it's like to do business with a crook, go elsewhere.
