Not good I bought a second hand car, it had some problems when I bought it, I gave it back to them to fix it, but it was returned before the problem was solved.

Several pertinent details were not disclosed. Prior to my receipt of the vehicle, I was not informed that there was only one key fab. Additionally, there was overspray on the front end / hood and no discussion about this from the salesperson. No damage was reported on CarFax either. When purchasing this level of vehicle, one would not expect these types of Joe Blow used-car-lot antics. I have not purchased a vehicle sight unseen before and would be unlikely to do so in the future. If you are considering a transaction with his dealership, I would not make any moves without a thorough in person review of the vehicle and vehicle history.

Art was fantastic and knew I had driven a long way, he made the purchasing and financing process as quick and simple as it could be, and got me on my way- driving the vehicle back home that day. The price was more than fair for the vehicle I had purchased and mileage it had. All of the service records were there and, coming from a family of mechanics, and having a background in sales, I had no reason to think there was any information being hidden from me about the car and did not feel like I was being “upsold” on anything. Nearly a month later I am loving my car, very satisfied and would gladly go out of my way to do business with Art and J&S Autohaus again! They have an impressive selection of new and used luxury, sport, electric, off-road, and utility vehicles- something for everyone.
