Very attentive and professional. The other BMW dealer (International Motors) you have to go get a salesman to help you. They also tried to low ball my trade and they were annoyed I wanted to take a test drive. BMW Milwaukee North is the best place to buy a BMW in the greater Milwaukee area.

I knew what car I wanted and once I was able to get that information through to the salesman, everything went smoothly and I had the car by that evening. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout the process. I especially appreciated the detailed explanations on the financing and on how to operate the electric car. I did not get this from this helpful information when I purchased my last car, a Lexus.

Way better than the old Concours. I stopped using them because they didn’t really seem to care about their customers. I recently took my car in for service under the Umansky name and was treated to a great experience. My Service Advisor (Rob) was friendly and knowledgeable and got me setup immediately. I felt like this group wants your business and it shows. I will continue to have my car serviced here.
