Excellent Service

We purchased a new XT5. Ian and the staff were great to work with, he was professional, helpful, and we never felt pressured. We felt Ian really worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Unlike many car buying experiences, Cadillac of Bellevue was a pleasure to work with. Anyone looking for a dealership that has high integrity and professional service - Cadillac of Bellevue is IT!!

What a salesman AJ was, thank you for the professionalism and courteous service. I didn’t know AJ worked here. We have some mutual friends, but I had no idea he worked at Cadillac. I’m glad we got to work with such a great salesman. Thank you to the dealership managers who helped us out. Will be coming back for the next one.

GREAT SERVICE

WE JUST PURCHASED ONE OF THE LAST OF 2019 CTS-V'S LEFT ON THE PLANET, AS CADILLAC HAS DECIDED TO REPLACE IT WITH A LOWER HORSE POWER MODEL..... I FOUND THE EXACT CAR WE WANTED ( IT WAS ALSO A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR MY WIFE) AT CADILLAC OF BELLEVUE IN WASHINGTON. LIVING IN CALIFORNIA WHICH IS NOT A CAR FRIENDLY STATE MAKING THIS BUYING PROCESS VERY DIFFICULT TO SAY THE LEAST, BUT OUR SALESMAN COLTON TOOK IT ALL IN STRIDE AND MADE THE PROCESS VERY EASY AND TIMELY. THE CAR ARRIVED AS PROMISED ON THE MORNING OF MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY AND BEING HER 65TH IT WAS A SPECIAL DAY AND THE PERFECT CAR OF HER DREAMS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CADILLAC BELLEVUE TO ANYONE LOOKING A GREAT PRICE AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE....

New Cadillac buying experience.

I completed a Pentagon Credit Union questionnaire the last week in December to inquire on the cost of a new Cadillac. When I inputted my zip code I was referred to Cadillac of Bellevue. Subsequently I was contacted by Colton Muhlhauser Internet Sales of Cadillac of Bellevue. We talked the next couple of days. Colton answered all my questions about Cadillac's in their inventory and I decided to purchase a 2019 CT6 Cadillac from Cadillac of Bellevue. I was offered a fair price for my trade in, a 2015 Cadillac XTS. Colton drove down from Bellevue to deliver my new car and retrieve my trade in. He spent time explaining new car features and setting up my garage door openers (I have two separate garage doors) and Blue tooth my and my wife's cellphones. Since delivery I've called back with questions. They've all been answered. I recommend Cadillac of Bellevue to anyone who's looking for a new car because of their fair, friendly, professional before and after sales service Next time I'm looking to buy a new car I'll contact Cadillac of Bellevue.

0 down, payment the same

We traded in our 2016 Escalade ESV for a 2020 Platinum Escalade, I like the rear camera mirror feature. The sales, Jason Liu is friendly and kind, very smooth, he bought lunch for us. 0 downpayment, payment the same as our old Escalade. You should buy cars from Jason and Bellevue Cadillac.

Love my new XT4

I am in love with my new XT4. I purchased it for the AWD and it performed so well during the first big storm. Ian and Rick made the buying process fun and made sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted (color, interior, wheels) - not to mention Ian left me a surprise candy bar in the center console! I have no complaints or regrets about my purchase and would recommend this dealership.

Trade in my BMW 328i for a 2020 XT4

I had a 2011 BMW 328i RWD convertible, We had a snow storm two weeks in Seattle, it was horrible driving through the snow. I needed a AWD, did my research, really like the Cadillac XT4. I didn't want to spend a lot. The salesperson, Jason Liu understood my needs and my budget, found a AWD luxury model that was perfect for me. I was also able to trade-in my BMW, really happy I made the decision. Jason's service was amazing, I was treated well. I recommend everyone buying car from Bellevue Cadillac and from Jason Liu.

Our experience at Cadillac of Bellevue was top notch. We have owned several different Cadillac's over the years and purchased them from other dealers throughout the area. This team at Bellevue Cadillac set themselves apart. Our salesman Ian Mcmurren was great to work with. The knowledgeable no pressure approach was comforting. We felt like we were part of the family. The family approach went all the way up to the sales manager and even the finance manager. They were the real definition of customer service. They have earned my business for years to come. I will defiantly be back in the future!

Untrained or misleading used car sales person

If you are thinking the sales staff are knowledgeable about the car you are considering, you are wrong. I wasted a weekend driving to their dealership only to find the used Cadillac didn't have the promised safety package I had requested be verified before driving to them. Sales managers were sorry and so was I. Ronnie was great in helping with the process but didn't realize I had bad information from Zack.
