Platinum Auto Sales

Saw Platinum Auto had a vehicle I wanted here on Cars.com. I went and looked at it. Chris was very accommodating and would make time for me to look and drive the vehicle. Once we came to an understanding I was going to buy the vehicle, Platinum took the time to look over the vehicle, checked for recalls and checked any concerns I had before the deal was finial. There was a small leak, and Platinum took the time to fix it before the sale was finial on their dime. Platinum really takes pride in what they do and it really shows. Not only did I buy my vehicle there, I will be bringing my vehicle back when and if it needs something done. A great company. Great service. Great staff. Thank Platinum Auto.

We usually use platinum to service my husbands trucks. They are the most thorough and professional garage on the cape, and we've always been more than pleased with the results. We had been looking for a vehicle for the family for months and with two toddlers and a newborn baby we knew we had to find some spacious and safe. They had a used GMC Yukon that was in amazing shape,and very clean ,from the first time we saw it to the time we were financed and driving away it took less than a week. Chris took care of everything for us knowing how busy we were with our everyday family/work schedules, he was amazing, the car was amazing and we know that we will definitely be buying another vehicle from them in the future when the time comes!!

So I have bought many cars from several dealers over the years (with varying degrees of professionalism) and I have NEVER been waited on by a team who could achieve such a level of service AND seem so happy while doing so! From the young man who worked the front counter, to there salesman Chris... the staff seems generally happy to be on the job! This may stem from the owner Jay... who transparently loves what he does! The staff is not only knowledgeable and accommodating in helping the buyer find the right car for them, they are also willing to go that extra mile for their customers! (Literally MANY miles, that is... as Chris drove all the way to my agent's office in Plymouth & back just to make sure all my documentation was in order. They get new inventory in all the time! Which is good! As I am definitely going to go see them when I buy my next car!
