I’ve always had pretty bad experiences at the Temecula...

I’ve always had pretty bad experiences at the Temecula Valley location, but my service advisor Matt was really professional and nice. Best service advisor I’ve had so far, and I’ll definitely schedule my appointment with him next time.

Each time I take my cars in for maintenance the staff makes the visit pleasurable. Communication is great and that is why I don’t take my cars anywhere else

Richard is amazing!

My car was in for service and I was in a time-crunch for needing my car and Richard my service advisor went over and above to make sure my car was done in my timeline. Thank you Richard and everyone who helped me get my car fixed in time to see my daughter and family before they moved across country.

This dealership puts a $1900 fee on the back end of your...

This dealership puts a $1900 fee on the back end of your sale for fabric protection and paint protection, called "dealer fees". This is not an option it is a fee that is not advertised as well. They did end up working with me on the sale, but it shouldn't have had to come to that. Upfront pricing is always the best policy. Otherwise the staff was nice and in the end my transition was smooth.

Love my new Highlander

I purchased a 2020 Highlander Limited AWD and could not be happier. A major upgrade from my 2017 version of the same car. Daniel Gomez took great care of me and was able to source the color combination I wanted from another dealer. He also helped me with the OEM accessories I wanted. This is my second car from TV Toyota and hopefully will not be the last. I also appreciate the service and especially the 6:00 AM appointments. Very efficient for me.

Easy & no hassle service

I dropped my car for service for recalibration of the PCS since my windshield had just been replaced. It was easy & "touchless" service. The car was completed before the initially stated time. The car was clean & sanitized upon pickup.
