For some reason used cars are hundreds of dollars cheaper in Ohio than MO. Even with a one-way plane ticket, I'd save money if the Kia Optima I had my eye on met expectations. Alex set up an Uber driver to take me from the airport to the dealership. Once there, I met Robb, the salesman. The shop is a small, older garage. Their parking lot is as cramped as it can be. I was wondering if I'd made a mistake. Still, the price was great so I test drove the Kia. It seemed fine, but I had set up a pre-purchase inspection prior to my trip. A tip - always do that regardless of where you buy. It was the best $100 I ever spent. The car had a few issues - the rear brakes needed to be replaced and various sensors were broken or pushed. The mechanic also suggested new tires. Not counting the tires, he said it was about $1500 worth of repairs, and not worth the money if I had to also get this done. Dejected, I took the car back to Auto Botique and explained things to Robb. He called the owner who immediately offered a discount, or to take the car to a mechanic they work with and fix everything! I had to get a hotel for the night, but the got the car done. They later even decided to add the new tires! No extra charge - they just wanted to make sure the car was right for me and in good shape! That is the going the extra mile, and then some! I drove the car over 400 miles home and it did great. It's been three weeks, and everything is good to go. The building isn't spiffy, but that probably helps keep the car costs down. The price was amazing (easily $1000 more in my home town) and they catered to me at every turn. I'd highly recommend!

Rob was a great guy. We both knew the car i wanted was the hottest one on the lot, and probably would have sold in a matter of hours. He could have easily jacked up the price on me, instead he went completely out of his way to make sure i got the car. Just a really stand-up guy in my book. I will for sure go see him for my next car, but to be honest, the condition of this car, that may be awbile 11th

I came to Auto Boutique looking for a nice used car for somewhat cheap. Well that's exactly what I got! Staff there is friendly and willing to help. Prices are very reasonable. Process to buy was easy as well. This was my first purchased car and they made it super easy for me. They fixed the side mirror and hooked me up with Firestone to get two new front tires for my new car at their own cost! I definitely recommend this dealership!

I tests drove a 2013 Honda on a Saturday. Continued to shop until Wednesday. I called in and spoke with Robb James and made him an offer, he accepted and beat the interest rate by my personal bank. By the time I got to Robb he had the paperwork done and I was in and out within a half hour.

Smaller dealer with great prices. Rob was fast and easy to deal with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle for a decent price.
