Very difficult buying experience. Not the place to go for a cash purchase! I waited a LONG time for paperwork. Then was forced to finance only to be charged the extra fees anyway that I was trying to avoid by not purchasing outright. The lead up to that purchase was equally poor. The vehicle was at a different lot and I was told they would move it, only to be called a week later and be told they couldn't move it and I would have to wait until the lot opened up. Why post vehicles for sale, when they're not actually for sale? Then when I did see the vehicle it still hadn't been cleaned and inspected. The vehicle sat for 3 weeks in no-mans land! Incredibly frustrating. They have a lot of fleet vehicles for sale. I think they will find that a lot of business owners like myself will want to make a quick easy purchase. It's currently not the case.

I have to tell everyone you will not go wrong dealing with Car Corporation of Maryland. I had one of the best experiences making a deal with this Dealer. They had a 2012 Chevy Colorado Work Truck listed on their web site that they said only had 4000 miles on it and was a Federal Government owned vehicle in the past that was hardly used. Well for all of you that looked at this Colorado and thought the odometer was rolled back you were wrong. You cannot roll back mileage in the computer of a digital mileage counter. I bought the truck and it is great,I love this vehicle. I drove it 40 miles to get it home with no problems. Car Corporation of Maryland is straight up and I will continue to buy from them in the future. Oh and Raquel is the coolest.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY THE FIRST DAY I PURCHASED MY CAR THE PRESSURE LIGHT WAS ON AND SHE TOLD ME IT WILL COME OFF THE NEXT DAY IT DIDN'T THE AC STOPPED WORKING I HAD TO TAKE THE CAR TO THE SHOP I DID NOT HAVE THE CAR FOR ENTIRELY 2 DAYS THE NEXT TWO WEEKS THE CAR SHUT OFF ON ME WHEN I WAS AT WORK I HAD TO GET ROADSIDE ASSISTANT TO TAKE THE CAR TO THE SHOP I DID NOT HAVE A CAR FOR 3 DAYS WHEN I WENT BACK THEY TOLD ME THE CAR BATTERY IS GONE AND THE GEAR SHIFT IS BROKEN I HAVE TO PAY $200 OUT OF MY OWN POCKET TO FIX THE GEAR SHIFT, I CALLED THEM THEY SAID THEY WILL GIVE ME A BATTERY WHEN I WENT UP THERE FOR THE BATTERY THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN'T PUT THE BATTERY IN I HAVE TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE SHOP, SO I HAVE TO DRIVE HALF AN HOUR UP TO THEIR SHOP TO PUT THE BATTERY IN THAT MAN TOLD ME THE BATTERY IS SO OLD HE'S SURPRISED THE CAR WAS STILL RUNNING,THE NEXT TWO WEEKS AGAIN THE ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AN THE CAR THE TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT IS ON AN THE CAR. FROM THE FIRST DAY I PURCHASED THIS CAR THIS CAR IS GIVING ME PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM EVERY MONTH THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR I DON'T EVEN DRIVE THIS CAR A 1000 MILEAGE ON THE CAR AND THE CAR IS GIVING PROBLEM ON TOP OF PROBLEM THEY HAD THE CAR AT THE SHOP AND THEY DID NOT DO NOTHING TO THAT CAR, THRY ONLY PUT A PRICE TAG ON IT AND SOLD ME A CAR WITH A LOT OF PROBLEMS. I'VE BEEN CALLING AND CALLING THEM AND NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO MY CALL AND THEY GAVE ME A 60 DAYS WARRANTY AND THEY ARE NOT DOING NOTHING FOR THIS CAR EACH TIME I CALL THEM THEY SAID THEY WILL CALL ME BUT THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK FOR THE CAR I WILL NOT RECOMMEND NOT EVEN MY DOG TO BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEY KNOW THE CAR HAS BEEN GIVING ME A PROBLEM AND THEY NOT I'VE BEEN REACHING OUT TO HELP ME WITH THE CAR AND THEY DID NOT GET BACK TO ME. THEY ARE VERY NICE WHEN YOU GO IN BUT AFTER YOU GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY ARE VERY NASTY. THE SAD PART OF IT FOR ME IS THAT I'VE BEEN SAVING MY DOWN PAYMENT ON THIS CAR $6,000 WORKING TWO JOBS JUST TO GET THIS $6,000 AND MY $6,000 IS GOING DOWN THE DRAIN I WOULDN'T EVEN RECOMMEND A DEAD MAN GETTING UP OUT OF HIS GRAVE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU'RE VERY WICKED PEOPLE.

I bought my first car here yesterday, very good experience. Karen was very funny, helpful, sweet, personable and patient. (Shout out to you Karen!) The rest of the staff was chatty and made you feel comfortable as possible. Thanks guys! :)

Was shopping for a new car and looking to trade in my car. They offered several thousand under what it was worth, and they pulled up a weird offer on KBB. I don't know if they edited it before showing me it, but I typed in the same thing they did on the KBB website, and it showed up $3000 more. Would not recommend.
