Up to yesterday always had great service. I call and talked to Chase for some information on what kind of battery I needed for my 09 Infinity G37 that we bought at this Agency. He wanted me to bring the car in and there was no way I could the battery was completely dead. I am 91 yrs. old and live by myself. I asked him to look at my service record to look for information. I tried calling the service Manager, but somehow I have never been able to get him.
Not very sympathetic.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!
I went in to trade my Infiniti Q50, to get my wife's Mother's Day gift and met Jessica (salesperson) and Larry (Manager). They welcomed me, treated me with the utmost respect and thanks to Larry's generosity, I got my wife a QX50!!! Larry and Jessica, I can't thank you enough!! My wife is thrilled!!!

Beware of Alan Monroe in Sales
I decided to lease at this dealership 50 miles away from my closest Infiniti dealer because Alan Monroe the sales manager confirmed via email he would include the maintenance package in my lease at no cost. Upon my 1st service visit, I was told there was no package on my vehicle. Luckily Alan was in the office and he said it was a mistake and he would take care of it. I did not pay for the service, so I assumed it was simple mistake. Upon my 2nd scheduled maintenance, I was again told I had not maintenance package on my vehicle. Alan was no longer at Infinit and the manager could not help me out even though I had written conformation in the form of email. Lesson learned to always make sure everything promised is on the due bill. Glad Alan is no longer there as he is a poor example of what I believe Infiniti represents. He does confirm all stereotypes of a"sleazy" salesman who will do anything to make a sale. I am out hundreds if not thousands of dollars in maintenance fees because of his dishonesty .

Infiniti Oxnard/ Robert Cramer
My name is Scott Johnson and I just experienced one of the easiest and hassle free car purchases in my life. Robert Cramer was a knowledgeable, competent salesmen able to answer every question I asked of this vehicle. I had been doing my homework on the car a QX80 for several months while living overseas. Robert kept in contact with me for months before my return to US and trust me he was the only sales guy that stayed in contact, so many other's failed to stay in contact and answer my periodic questions. My experience with Robert, Donna and the entire staff was outstanding and I really suggest you give Robert a call and infinity of Oxnard a visit, just outstanding!

Sold me an Infiniti M35 that was damaged
I did my research on the Infiniti. There was damage on the vehicle that was not on the Carfax. Beware as there is trust in the Carfax report and it is misleading and I certainly would not have bought this car. This dealership shouild know better. And after the purchase, they did not give me a free tank of gas. I drove up from Burbank to but this car.

My family leases cars and so we visit dealerships quite often. I have been told on many occasions, "welcome to the family". I never felt that this statement was genuine until I heard it at Team Infiniti of Oxnard. Laurie Crippen is a sensational associate. She provided me very valuable information about the vehicle I was interested in and offered to e-mail pricing. I like the dealership experience and opted out of pricing offers. She was very flexible and respected my wishes. There were no pesky daily follow-up phone calls. I came into the dealership when I was ready and in a short period of time leased one of the best vehicles I have owned to date. Bob Bailey was also great at sealing the deal and making sure that I was happy about the deal, which I still am. The amount of services offered by Team Infiniti and the Infiniti Brand beats any I have had at other luxury brands. These guys have set the bar really high and gained a lifelong customer.
