I recently had the pleasure of working with Exclusive Autohaus, and I can confidently say that they provide an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They made me feel welcome and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. About four months ago, I purchased a 2014 Audi R8 from them, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The car is in pristine condition, and it’s clear that Exclusive Autohaus takes great care in selecting and maintaining their vehicles. The entire process was smooth and transparent, and I never felt pressured, which is a huge plus when buying a car. What really stood out was the level of customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, answering all my questions and offering helpful advice. The team at Exclusive Autohaus is knowledgeable and truly cares about providing an exceptional experience. Called ahead to see a vehicle.

Called ahead to see a vehicle. Our sales guy was amazing Jakob but what a disappointment it was when we arrived. The place smelled of marijuana and it just seemed so disorganized. We still wanted to see the car because it is what it is. We started it and immediately warning lights were going off on the dash. Issue with airbag and is past service due by 600 miles. Okay odd as they have had it for over a year and they are also a mechanic shop. Inside the car looked like it was 20 yrs old. I just was in shock as why if they are a dealer is this vehicle in this condition? People running it blew it off as if it was nothing. We drove 1.5 hours to see it and were going to buy it. Instead we were tossed aside waiting like we were nothing. They could have sold it Saturday. Our sales guy was amazing and it wasn't his fault. The people running it is to blame. Can't test drive a car when the airbag warning light is going off and per Mercedes it tells you absolutely do not drive it. I was told the car was being cleaned when I called for the appointment. So they missed it how? Also the tire pressure light. Manager said that's nothing I can reset it. Why didn't you already then? We waited and waited until finally I went inside and said no thanks. Then they asked why? What can we do? Hope they learn from this. It's the little things that make buyers stop and say I don't TRUST they even looked over it at all. Not all smaller dealers are this way. Last month we bought a BMW that was almost 8 yrs old that looks brand new. All their vehicles were like their prized possessions. Also the reviews have got to be xx for this place. Wish it was different. It takes a lot for me to leave a bag review.

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had

This Is Definitely the worst experience I ever had buying a car please please please don’t ever trust these people with giving you and your family a reliable car. They will act nice as they have to they will smile and tell you whatever you need to hear to make you make the purchase and after the purchase they are different people especially when you find out that their cars are junk. I talked to these ppl for weeks I flew out from 4-5 hours away to do business with these guys and they knew that. I had most of the money financed thru the bank I just about empty my savings account to buy this car to be able to get to work and get my son from school with a reliable vehicle….. these guys assured me that this was a great car even talked me out of buying the other cars I viewed when I was there just to sell me a piece of crap not only is the auto start system on the car messed up the check engine light also came right on IN THE FIRST WEEK OF ME HAVING THE CAR and from then on all the nice stuff with these guys was gone and it turned into them trying to act like it’s my fault that they clear codes from there cars to sale ppl junk cars then leave them and their families to struggle to ignore something out it’s just a sad situation for me and mine but we will find a way and I do plan to file a lawsuit as soon as o can I just literally have to put together 2 thousand just to put this car in the shop and still take care of my bill including the first car payment on this car which is still 3 weeks away ……….. worst experience I ever had worst car dealership ever that’s a absolute FACT!!! Don’t deserve to have a car lot if that’s how u treat the ppl that spend their hard earned money with your business THE CAR WONT EVEN START TODAY 😢

Excellent Customer Service

The gentlemen that helped me purchase my car were excellent! They really worked with my finance company to create the perfect deal for me! I really felt like they cared about me and not just the deal.

Looking for a used car

They sold me a leaon 2014 Cadillac xts mike told me that his guy fix all the issues on this car he lied all the lights on the dashboard true on they said the breaks were change not they didn't do anything. I took the car to Cadillac an they told me they didn't do anything to the car. I had to call used car leaon law because that not right

Ads are misleading

Advertising was for a 2010 Mustand with 8,990 miles. In reality, it has 112,000 miles on it. Bait and switch, a complete waste of time.

No purchase is perfect, but they try to make it be

I could not have been more pleased with the experience I had buying our 2015 Ford Transit at this dealership. And, this is not a review where everything was peachy from beginning to end, but the incredible efforts of the staff to make the purchase and follow-up satisfactory were outstanding. The vehicle needed tires, which they helped secure as part of the sale. Then, when I discovered something else after leaving (that I missed in my initial inspection), they helped me get that repaired. The test drive, communication, and sales process went very smoothly. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I hope that they can be part of that process.
