If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a Santa Fe 4 weeks ago. I drove it for 5 days. It has been in the shop ever since. I have been repeatedly lied to about it's readiness. For 2 weeks I have heard it will be ready tomorrow. I still do not have my new car. I was given a smaller rental that I can't fit my kids into. I have had to cancel vacation plans.DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!

Brought my brand new car here.

Brought my brand new car here. I’ve had problems ever since. It’s been 7 years of pure xxxx dealing with them. They are the most untrustworthy service department I’ve ever dealt with. Sure things are great when you buy the car but servicing the car is a whole other matter. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you can.

SHADY service shop.

SHADY service shop. Cannot believe places like this are still able to do business. Scam you for parts you don’t need. No one EVER answers the phone (except if you hit sales). Worst customer service I’ve ever got from an auto shop and that says a lot. No business ethics. STAY AWAY

I had the pleasure of working with Adam Zermeno at Hyundai Vacaville and I must say, he exceeded our expectations. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping us find the right vehicle. Even when things didn’t go as planned with our first choice, Adam remained committed and professional.
