I had a great experience purchasing my Crosstrek at Fairfield Subaru. Tony was very helpful and straightforward about the process. I selected, test drove, purchased my new car (LOVE!!!) and was driving home all in an afternoon. It was a great experience from start to finish.

My wife Couldn’t get on the appt for Subaru Connect, no physical manual. No lug tools if you wanted to put on locking lug nuts.

Wonderful!

Wonderful! All around. I came back over several days to make my decision, each time I was met with kindness and assistance. Cesar was the salesperson and was very patient and knowledgeable. It was a painless experience (and I detest whipping for cars!)

Fairfield Subaru did an excellent job on our Ascent.

Fairfield Subaru did an excellent job on our Ascent. The required work was to replace the windshield. It took a while to get the windshield but when they received it they put it in, in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with their work

Tony helped me from start to finish.

Tony helped me from start to finish. This was my first time buying a new car, and he helped me understand the whole process. Additionally, we had our two boys with us for the signing, and the dealership was so accommodating with a section for children with games, books, and activities! My family and I are so excited about our new, safe, reliable car!
