Great people make a great experience!

I recently purchased a Subaru Legacy from Neil Huffman on Dixie Highway and it was by far the best car buying experience ever. Thanks to Deontae, Jay and Terrence for their expertise, professionalism and patience. We were given as much time as we needed and every question was answered. As we had previously test-driven both a Toyota Camry and Honda Accord the differences in the Legacy AND the way we were treated by the sales team was clear.

Great people make a great experience!

I recently purchased a Subaru Legacy from Neil Huffman on Dixie Highway and it was by far the best car buying experience ever. An enjoyable new car purchase.

My wife and I purchased a new Crosstrek and our experience was wonderful. The process was very easy and Leilani was very enthusiastic!! She went over the new features on our vehicle to make sure we understood everything.

Worst dealership we have ever dealt with.

Salesman was good. Finance person was the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. We were approved with a low rate until we declined the over priced power train warranty. Then suddenly the bank declined us. The bank that declined us according to the finance person was our credit union. A few days later we found out that the credit union never declined us. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Greatest car-buying experience ever!

We had such a great experience here! Sherry the sales manager feels like she's your aunt - like family. She's so personable and friendly. She beat the price we were looking at with a competitor and beat our own bank's interest rate. Earl is so friendly and outgoing too! Spencer was very nice and helpful. And Adam, the service manager, is friendly even being so busy, and very informative! Thank you all for the welcoming environment and great service! We love our new VW Tiguan - exactly what we came there for and what we can't wait to enjoy as a family for a long time to come!

Service

I spent the last hour retrieving my wife’s car from one of the service technicians who took her car to his house in Bardstown, KY because “…it needed to have some miles put on it after some warranty work was done.” Only found out because my wife has a tracker in her car and wondered why it was not at the dealership at 8 p.m. and was being driven around Bardstown, KY. Called Service Manager and he says this is routine. Doubt many people would expect their cars to be driven to someone else’s home for the night 30+ miles away. I suspect he is telling the truth that this is routine as the service technician had the “service ticket” with him which tells me he knows he needs to take that paper home in case he gets pulled over so he can show why the car is not in his name. Bottom line is if you want your car fixed and don’t mind some extra wear and tear and miles on your car, take it to Neil Huffman Mazda dealership service.

Great Experience

I always dread buying cars because it's usually a long and drawn out process full of back and forth games. My experience at Neil Huffman was not like that. They had a great price listed on the car I wanted, I told them what I wanted for my car, and that was it. The paperwork with everyone told less than it ever has in my 40 car purchases. Tyler, Ketra, and Sean were all great.

Be careful

Be careful of engine lights, they sold my daughter a car and 48hrs later the check engine light came on. Called and said it was as is. Wow what a response.
