My vehicle was making a noise that was not normal.
My vehicle was making a noise that was not normal. After waiting for over 1.5 hrs., I had to call the number provided to me to ask if they found out what the noise was and/or if there was a problem. I understand waiting but it's helpful to the customer to get periodic updates.

Pleasant experience.
Pleasant experience. The only thing i was surprised about was the last time i came to this location for service they surprisingly washed and cleaned the interior for another older vehicle that i owned. But my newer car wasn't.
