Worst shop iv ever delt with had my truck aligned twice and they still couldn't get it right told me they rushed it to get it done the guy at the front desk was swearing at me as a customer that just purchased a truck and almost spent 30k if I could give them a Negative star rating I would i do not recommend this place for anything complete hacks and totally unprofessional business people

From Bob in Seekonk to Steve in Pawtucket, these guys were great. No heavy sales pitch and was left alone to look and drive what I wanted. Had a couple issues with my new truck, but the service side got me right in and took care of everything. No muss no fuss, would definitely recommend...

I came in looking to buy a car I was immediately approached by Jedd and treated with the upmost respect and professionalism I've ever seen from a used car dealer-ship. I wasnt pressured here like the other places I've visited. The salesman jedd was completely upfront and honest and you get a very good vibe from him. Jedd was willing to sit down and go over everything with me and my wife and explained how it all works and was truthful even when we knew our credit scores wasn't great. Jedd stayed in constant contact with us through the whole buying experience. He listened to what our budget was and found a deal that worked for us. Dormans auto may not be a huge dealer-ship like the other guys, but what they lack in size they more then make up for in service and quality. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who's in the market for a reliable used vehicle. I went to Dormans to find out I formation on trading in my old vehicle. I met with Jed and he answered all of my questions. He worked very hard to get me into the perfect vehicle that met all my needs. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

I recently purchased a used 2010 Volkswagen Jetta, which is what drew me to Dorman's Auto Center in Pawtucket; I couldn't have had a better experience as a first-time buyer. Jed was extremely friendly and helpful. My father and I were car shopping on a cold, snowy day and Jed made sure that we were comfortable nonetheless. I got the chance to test drive the Jetta and it was love at first sight/drive. I knew I wanted the car but was anxious about the buying process, however, Jed was completely transparent about everything while never giving off blatant salesman vibes. He reassured us that the car would be thoroughly inspected, and registered on their behalf (which I appreciate because I work full time). My father is considering purchasing a new vehicle in the near future and best believe he is going to be shopping at Dorman's. outstanding dealership! after searching a number of dealerships and finding cars that didn't come close to looking g like the photos they posted at this dealership the car looked better in person than in the photos. after buying my 05 grand Cherokee i brought it to my mechanic to look over he didn't find one thing wrong with it. Jed the sales/finance manager was a pleasure to work with very helpful and no high pressure. i would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good used car.
