CarMax Norwood

Family member bought Ford Focus,had some transmission issues ,brought in for service,nerver resolved,turned out there was a recall that could have resolved issue but Carmax was lazy and uninterested in going the extra yard and resolving the issue. Best carmax could do was offer to sell us another overpriced car. Don't buy a car here. Unethical ,greedy company who has no interest in resolving issues unless they can squeeze more money from the customer.

I bought a Volkswagen Jetta today- the man who was assigned to handling my purchase was incredible. Superior Customer Service skills. The process was painless- and again the service was fantastic!

Recently bought truck here. One key fob did not function. Service department promptly diagnosed problem. Gave me new fob, plus showed where old one was broken. Staff was very professional, polite. Great experience.

I recently dealt with Carmax of Norwood, MA. They had a great inventory of cars that I am searching for and very knowledgeable salespeople. The sales staff was very helpful with their product inventory, options and descriptions of their cars. They very very informative regarding their buying processes as well as financing options. Kudos to Carmax of Norwood!!
