I can't say enough about how pleased I was about my transaction with Tony and Lee at Diesel of Houston. From start to finish they were a real class act. I'm from Oregon and my phone call inquiry with Tony was everything I could ask for. Just like the other reviews stated, he wasn't pushy and really took the time to answer my questions. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they were unable to move on the price of the truck. However, I totally understand as they have a business they have to run too. I took some time to think about this as it was a huge investment of my time to travel and drive a a truck back. After giving the decision the right amount of time I placed a deposit on my Ford truck and booked my flight. When I got to the dealership the truck was what I expected for a used 2012 F-250. There were not any surprises outside what we discussed and I completed the transaction with ease! Believe it or not, I was out of the dealership in less than 1 hour with my test drive. I couldn't believe it was that easy and that's really the reason why I decided to leave this review. I was blown away and made it back without any issues. I can't believe I bought a truck like this, but after this purchase, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Diesel of Houston again for my next purchase. Bought a lemon from Diesel of Houston for $29k and the truck did not work after the FIRST day. Then spent $11k in last 2 months repairing front end and rear end. WARNING They buy these trucks for dimes and sell them as if they are working when they are only shells. Learn from me and don't get stuck with junk. Look for something that is under 100k, less than 5 years old, and have a warranty so that you will be able to at least file lemon law. Good Luck.

Searching for Diesel Dueley on 4th of July when dealer closed & Sent E Mail for information on the truck ��I actually got instant reply & invite to go see it ( from Lee the Owner while he was on Vacation) �� Wow Great Inventory��Actually FOUND my Perfect Truck that had more than I was looking for. I had my Bank pre approval letter & bought it. Tony was patient & Not Pushy Allowed us to Test multiple trucks till we were sure on the truck & price we wanted spend�� The Prices are quite fair according to the quality of the truck. We had been �� for specific truck for several weeks & Happy �� to have driven 1 hour to this dealership ����

I RECEIVED A PURCHASE ORDER FROM TONY UPON AGREEMENT I WENT TO THE BANK OBTAINED A CASHIERS CHECK - WENT AN RENTED A CAR - ON MY WAY FROM HAMMOND, LA TO HOUSTON DRIVING WITH PURCHASE ORDER - CASHIERS CHECK - RENTED A CAR ONLY TO RECEIVE A CALL FROM TONY SAYING HE SOLD THE TRUCK TO ANOTHER PERSON AFTER HE SENT ME A PURCHASE ORDER AND I WAS ON MY WAY HE WAISTED MY TIME I HAD TO RETURN CHECK TO BANK AND RETURN RENTAL CAR TONY REPLIED THOSE THINGS HAPPEN. IS THIS THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS TONY (NOT BY MY STANDARDS) I WOULD NOT AND SUGGEST ALL NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS KIND OF DEALERSHIP.
