Absolutely amazing used car dealership! I normally would never write a review, but my experience was so good I wanted to share. Otto was incredible, so friendly and patient. Listened to our concerns about the car and went out of his way to do FAR more than he had to to make sure we were pleased. No hassle and determined to do used cars differently, we will be returning when it's time to buy our next car.

We bought a 2007 Odyssey after my accord was totaled by a hit and run back in March. Otto was extremely nice and helpful during the entire process and I liked the small business feel. He let me know they do not haggle but we still bought it for a good price and we absolutely love our first mini-van! We took it to Honda for a pre-purchase inspection and were aware of some maintenance to be done. We will buy from here again and I have recommended to my family and friends.

My experience at Raleigh Autoplex was fast and stress free. Otto was very clear about the company's policy on no haggling (which was fine). Otto was one of the nicest car salesmen I've met in the last week and a half of car shopping. I like Raleigh Autoplex because instead of just saying they offer really low reasonable prices they mean it. I KNOW...I bought a 2012 Ford Focus from this company and it was the best price among it's competitors AND the carfax was clean. I will definite recommend them to friends who have the cash or their own financing already set up. Thanks again. :-)

Our 2005 Toyota Prius was totaled by a distracted driver and we were not happy about having to replace a car we loved. We visited a number of car dealers in the Raleigh area and found a 2006 Toyota Prius at Raleigh Autoplex. The car was very clean and in good condition, had less miles than our car and was within our price range. The salesman Otto was very honest and responsive in returning our calls and taking care of any issues and repairs with the car. We feel that the owner and Otto are people you can trust when buying a used car and we would highly recommend Raleigh Autoplex.

A lot of the dealers we went to would try to hide the fact that the car we were looking at had been in an accident if there wasn't one documented on the carfax even though there was clear damage to the car or parts had clearly been replaced. These dealers would often backtrack once confronted and claim no knowledge of anything being wrong with the car. The quality of the car we found and ultimately purchased was much higher for the price at Raleigh Autoplex than the other cars we looked at. They were very open about the fact that the car had been in an accident and showed us what had and hadn't been replaced. They were pleasant to work with and were upfront about everything during the car buying process. Would definitely recommend this dealer!

I was amazed at the quality of vehicles. My oldest son is so happy with the purchase. I will be back to purchase my youngest son a car here too. Otto you made this first car experience wonderful. I will tell everyone I know about the car dealership! You will not be dissapointed!

We purchased a 2009 Toyota Prius from Raleigh Autoplex about a month ago. The owner and Otto, the salesperson, were more than helpful and made the buying process extremely easy for us. They even allowed us to take the car from Raleigh to a hybrid specialist in Chapel Hill to have it checked out. The results from were great. Their philosophy of selling mostly NC one owner vehicles is a good one and it definitely differentiates them from their competitors. We would highly recommend Raleigh Autoplex to anyone in the market looking for a good used car!

My experience at Raleigh Autoplex was outstanding. My salesman was Otto and he was very accommodating, patient, friendly, and informative. He answered all my requests in a very timely manner. All of the cars there are very clean and of good quality. The cars are greatly priced! For a first time buyer Otto made everything fast and easy! I LOVE my car!
