Happy customer

we bought a GMC 2015 Acadia from this dealership after going through so many other dealerships. The dealership stands out as a five star one and has very nice people. They are very helpful , friendly, and still professional. The car they sold us was clean and is running smoothly so far. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Because they take it serious to make sure that you walk out satisfied about your purchase.

Good place to go

We bought a car for my daughter and were pleased with the entire process here. They were easy to deal with and had all the paperwork ready when we returned to make the purchase. They even drove the car to a nearby garage of my choice to have it checked out for me prior to purchase since we were out of town. Great place and easy to work with. The car was immaculate and checked out perfect at the garage.

Highly Recommended !!!

Overall, an excellent experience, this year I bought my second car with them a Toyota Camry 2015 and like the first one the car conditions were as they told me, no problems so far, I am totally satisfied with the service, they are always looking for customer satisfaction and they explained me step by step the entire process, in general you can see that the owner and his team are sincere people you can trust. It is a fully recommended car dealership. I will definitely return with them for my next car.

Great Buying Experience

Overall, a great buying experience! My old vehicle was totaled after a tree fell on it and I had about 3 days to find/buy a car before my rental allowance ended. I was looking for a small, fuel efficient vehicle; I was mainly looking at Honda Civcs or Accords. So, I made a list of dealerships and cars I was going to test drive over the weekend. Raleigh Autoplex had a Honda Civic that I was very interested in, and they were my first stop/test drive. The lot was not crowded, like many small used car dealerships. The waiting room/office was clean, well lit, had clean bathrooms and provided beverages. The owner himself actually helped me out. He came on the test drive with me, and gave me his sales pitch on the features/benefits of the vehicle. Surprisingly, he was not pushy with his sales tactics, compared to some small used car dealerships. I ended up showing him my list of dealerships and cars I was going to test drive and visit next. Again, he was not pushy about making the sale before I left the lot, but rather, gave me advice and tips/tricks some of the used dealerships on my list use. Apparently, he has a lot of experience and knowledge in the Raleigh market. I didn't give much thought to it; I honestly thought he was just downplaying his competition, but surprisingly, he was accurate. At the end of the day, I test drove and looked at about 5 comparable Honda Civics and Accords, All of the vehicles I test drove and looked at were super clean, good mileage for the year, and had a clean CarFax. But I decided to purchase the vehicle from Raleigh Autoplex because the owner seemed the most sincere, personable and trust-worthy. He went the extra mile by staying late on Easter Sunday to work out a deal. The out-the-door price was higher than what I was looking to spend, but he was easy and very reasonable to negotiate with; we were finally able to work out a deal to fit my budget. Overall, my experience with Raleigh Autoplex has been nothing short of excellent! I am picking up the car tomorrow, and will follow up this review after 1 month.

Do NOT buy!

I purchased a 2015 Dodge Dart from here about a month ago for my son. We test drove it around the block and it seemed fine. As soon as we started home, it started to sputter while idling and some while driving. I told my son to turn around and take it back but he was tired and thought it was something simple so he didn't. I was finally able to get the car into the service dept at the Dodge dealership in Wakefield yesterday and received a call from Morgan there that the car has many after market parts on it, but the problem was coming from the valve block not communicating properly. It also needs a new valve cover gasket cover and oil change, along with a PCM update for the power train module. She said that she noticed the temporary tags still on the car and suggested I call the dealership to let them know something needed to be done about it. I called and spoke with Mohammed and explained the situation and he stated that he sold me a car that ran fine and he didn't know what my son had done to the car since buying it. So, after paying for this car, I am stuck with an $1,800 bill for repairs and they aren't willing to work with me on it at all. Perhaps this salesman honestly didn't know what was wrong with the car he sold me, but shop with extreme caution if you shop here! Learn from my mistake!

Hi Sherry, We looked into your feedback and we tried to call you twice yesterday to inform you that our sales rep indeed did contact you right away. We also followed up with an email yesterday to indicate the same. Our sales rep tried to contat you on the phone number and email contact you put in the online inquiry. As for the details, you sent us an online inquiry thru cars.com for a 2011 GMC Acadia on Wednesday March 27 at 8:40pm (after our business hours) and the sales rep followed up with you the next day on Thursday March 28 at 10:30am (we usually call first and then follow up with email in case the customer couldn't be reached via phone). At our dealership we don't storm customers with bunch of phone calls or emails. Our strategy is very simple, we attempt to contact the customer once via phone and then follow up with an email. It is up to the customer afterwards to further contact us if they have any additional questions or in need of any info. We would appreciate if you update your review based on these facts since our sales rep contacted you as any customer would expect to. The above info was sent to you via email yesterday and we haven't heard back yet from you and neither you did update the review.

CHECK YOUR VEHICLE

Check your vehicle throughly. Basics like missing lugnuts went unnoticed by staff and myself.. I feel like i have to go over the entire car now. I feel confident in saying that the checklist for this dealer isnt very long when new cars are brought in for sale. A guy was working on the wheels when we arrived and he didnt notice.. Scary!. the staff is nice but dont assume that the vehicles are evaluated well because they are luxury or late model. #lessonlearned
