Poor communication, slow response, bad financing rates.
Poor communication, slow response, bad financing rates. Slow to answer calls after the initial set of calls when I had more questions about vehicle.

I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero stars! My wife was in the market for new Chevy Blazer. We had been working with another dealer and he worked very hard for us to find us a car. He found one at Jeff Schmidt East. We qualify for GMS pricing through a family member retired from GM. We had negotiated a fair price for our trade. Put a deposit down, our dealer reached out to Jeff Schmidt to trade for the Blazer, a common practice even courtesy among dealer networks, Jeff Schmidt refused! After numerous efforts to get us a car our dealer finally said "I don't want to lose you business but I'll refund your deposit and maybe they'll Jeff Schmidt will work with you directly." My wife walks in speaks to the Sales Manager explains why she is there. The pricing of car is pretty well fixed with the GM employee pricing so no issue there but our trade in they offered $1500 BELOW BLUE BOOK! She showed him what the other dealer offered which $1000 ABOVE BLUE BOOK! The sales manager simply refused to budge a penny! Then became very rude with my wife even holding the keys to our trade from her! She said "so you are willing to simply let me walk without an effort to out work out a deal?" His response? "I hope you find your car!" Very rude and disrespectful! A lost customer for life!!! They have a shady past, look it up! It's well documented!

The service and everything i encountered was nothing less than outstanding. From the service writer the final checkout as always no complaints. And as always i know when i have to have my vehicle serviced i know it will and always be in good hands.

This was the easiest vehicle purchased I had ever done. I do what I wanted talk to the sales rep got a deal. The whole process took two hours from start to finish and then I was driving my new truck home. It was really a nice experience no hassle and no hustle. That's the way it should be
