BEWARE Of This DEALER drove car 2840 miles engine gone,they said your over the 30 days it been 55 days. SAD

Excellent experience! We had been shopping for months for the right first car for our daughter with a budget of $8k. We found a car we were interested in and stopped by the dealership without an appointment. The car they had online was being worked on. They showed it to us but said, it may need an alternator and didn't recommend purchasing it until they could figure out the issue. We appreciated their honesty and asked if they had anything else in our price range. They had a beautiful inventory with several vehicles in our range. We narrowed it down to a 2007 Mercedes with 122k miles. They let us take it on a test drive - said take your time. We drove it, tried to figure out all the buttons, tested the a/c, checked the tires, engine fluids, got in on the highway, etc...then returned. We agreed on an out the door price and drove home with a new car within an hour of sitting down to talk numbers. Fast, easy, friendly service. Jay and Herman - we sincerely appreciate your kindness and honesty. We will happily refer others to you.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Bought a 2014 Audi A5 from this place back in October 2023, it's May 2024 (6 months later) and I have already put $8,000 into this $14,000 vehicle to fix issues that the dealer seemed to just quick fix and bandaid- told to me by mulitiple machanics including the AUDI DEALERSHIP THEMSELEVES! I would give ZERO stars if I could. BAD BUSINESS! BEWARE!

As I have reviewed this dealership sip before, I was going Tampa in the rain and wind on the long bridge to Tampa the under shield came loose and I had to stop the. Car at the bridge lowest part with rain and the wind sending waves over the run way, I called the owner and you know what he said I am getting mechanic and coming to get you, I was in shock, took about 30 minutes and he was there they got the car back to the dealership and fixed everything and the owner even took me to lunch, he said I always keep my word what ever it takes, this is the owner, while there his selection of cars are beautiful it blew my mind the cars and pricing, if you want a fabulous car sold to you, I wouldn't go anywhere else I bought a SLK 300 HD TOP CONVERTIBLE WOW

I bought a 528i BMW FROM them and can't say enough good things about them! Brand and Herman found a car for us and found a way for Us to be financed. We are both disabled and our car broke down. After I drove home the car started overheating. I called the owner Jay. He was under no obligation to do anything! But he sent a flatbed 70 miles to pick it up and bring it back to Tanpa. It was the water pump, and Jay spent over 1200 dollars just to get the parts and fix it, FREE! THEN he drove it to our home 70/80 miles to deliver it to me! Jay's a good person that does the right thing. I at a loss for words saying how good they treated me! Thank you James Ostraco
