this is our first trade that was done completely online.

this is our first trade that was done completely online. Tyler Gray made it so easy. There was no hassle and the car was delivered straight to my driveway. I was a little fearful at first - but the dealership did everything they said they would do. the car was exactly what k expected it to be and much more!

These guys are awesome. I always bring my vehicles here for service. They fix it right the first time. Corey and Michael treat me right and the techs are amazing.

Can’t give a great rating after some of the problems I

Unethical Dealership

bought a car from Machens in September and they ended up buying the car back from me bc the timing chain needed to be replaced. (There was a squeak when we test drove the vehicle and we had agreed the squeak would be fixed before taking car home.) Getting to this point was super drawn out and communication was absolutely terrible. They are now trying to sell the same car for less than I paid, without disclosing the timing chain issue. I will never be purchasing from Joe Machens again. I have attached screenshots of text messages with salesman on other sites like Facebook, Google, and yelp.

I brought my car in for two minor issues.

I brought my car in for two minor issues. When they sent me the recommended work I agreed to everything except replacing the battery. They said there was some corrosion but did not indicate significant problem and they wanted $120 more than I could get down the street. When I returned to get the car the next morning, the battery was completely dead and the electrical system was shot. The mechanic said he had to jump the battery to pull it outside to leave it overnight in sub freezing weather. The resulting repair cost me$2000.
