Randy started out in High School working for Mulkin Chevrolet here in Brockport New Yorkat the location where Spurr Dealerships is now located.Dan studied at the Northwood Institute specializing in Automotive Management and Sales.At Spurr Dealerships we do our best to provide you the level of service you deserve.

If this was 5 months ago I would’ve told you this was the

If this was 5 months ago I would’ve told you this was the best place to buy your next vehicle, however that being said I would strongly suggest you avoid buying anything from them now. When my wife and I bought our Terrain Denali back in November they went above and beyond to get the deal done they stayed in constant communication and made the process very easy, Jump forward to this past weekend I go in to trade in my jeep compass knowing I’d be upside down, not only did they completely undervalue my trade they told me they would call me as soon as they had more information and sent me on my way they called me today two days later had me come in and tried to sell me on an EV at first I was reluctant but after looking at it I was really excited about it they told me they would get everything put in and would call me shortly so I left excited I was getting a new car it wasn’t until 7:30 the sales person reached out and said sorry no deal. I’m not upset about being turned down it happens I’m upset about the lack of professionalism, communication, and being valued as a return customer. Unless you have perfect credit and a huge down payment they do not want your business

OUT of state buyers BEWARE !

OUT of state buyers BEWARE !!!!!!! Purchased my new vehicle on 4/16/24 between then and now my sales person left (Erica), and she told me the tile clerk also left. It’s now 6/19/24 and my registration has been expired after numerous texts and calls still nothing. Left a message for the sales manager Steve only to make sure he knew of my issue no response. I paid over $683.00 for the registration Fee. The least they could do would have been to renew the registration. It’s really unfortunate , Im hopeful this review will help the next person.

Friendly.

Friendly. Fair price on the vehicle. Chris and Tray were very helpful. Very upfront about the just history of the vehicle we bought, Would definitely buy from them again.

Wasted an hour and 1/2 of my time and sold a vehicle

Wasted an hour and 1/2 of my time and sold a vehicle directly out from under me. I will be absolutely SURE to tell others of my experience here. We drove 30 minutes to see a vehicle that we were told was NOT AVAILABLE for purchase due to an issue with the title, but we still wanted to check it out and place a deposit. When we got there they immediately started pushing another vehicle that was more money, and of course, a Chevy. After insisting that we see the vehicle we were TOLD we could see, we were walked into the back of the parking lot to a vehicle covered in mud and bumper stickers because they didn’t prep it at all. We could over look that at the time, because we knew it didn’t hit the lot yet. We went inside where we agreed and SIGNED on the payment plan without heckling price whatsoever. We were then pushed to the side because our sales girl, Lauren, double booked appointments and we became second priority. After sitting for 30 minutes watching another family get their car, Lauren comes back to say that the car sold. A car that we were told couldn’t even be sold an hour prior. Scathing is an understatement. This is extremely unprofessional and disorganized business practice. I’m embarrassed to have even considered this dealership in the first place

Dennis worked hard for me and with me.

Dennis worked hard for me and with me. Listening to my diagnosis and staying with my correct assessment until tech could verify issue. Issue was corrected as well as finding and correcting two other issues. Then worked with my warranty company getting me the most coverage possible which reduced my out of pocket. While I pay a premium utilizing a dealer for repairs, those repairs are at the top of industry standards as well as OEM parts. This is why I will continue to recommend and support Spurr and have brought 4 other people too Dennis. One gets what they pay for and Dennis and his team deliver. Thank you Dennis and team!!!

This business runs an unethical promotion on its website

This business runs an unethical promotion on its website - when I heard about this shop (via mail), I checked out its Specials (cars under $15k) and to my dismay, none of the vehicles were listed with price except for "Contact Us." I went ahead and contacted them via phone call as I was interested in a few vehicles, all of them were listed under their "Under $15k" promotion and after a bit of bouncing around with their representatives - they kept putting me on hold, but I persisted - I was told by an individual that works for their financial department that none of the cars I was interested in are $15k. This makes me wonder how many cars under their "special" are actually priced at $15k or less. Simply put, my issue with them is that they practice false advertising with hopes to get you to come in and when you do... they will try to upsell you. This is unethical and should not happen as there are buyers like me who are looking for an affordable car and we get excited about possibly getting a great car for a reasonable price, just to find out that it is all bull crap. Do not buy from this place! BUYER BEWARE!

Have had good service there.

Have had good service there. Oil, Trans, Transfer, & Differential changes. Some Technical work on Differential. Need more Technical work on Torq converters and Transmition reprograming abilities. Still having hard shifts with 8 speed trans. I've been going there since it was Mulkins Chevrolet and have not been disappointment with the work being done! If I did have any complaints, they would always address the issues! Great place to go to!

After a fender bender on my leased vehicle, it was

After a fender bender on my leased vehicle, it was repaired beautifully and the service dept also preformed my first oil change and installed the chip for my heated seats. Great job everyone!
