I had the pleasure of working with Gabriel to purchase my vehicle. Gabriel made the process less painful. He had all the paperwork set up. He was very helpful. He was always available when I called him. He’s one of the best sales persons and customer service agents I’ve ever came across, so if you purchase a vehicle from this place asked for Gabriel.

Let me begin by saying... Georgia has a hidden GEM in Smyrna! I have been searching for a particular commercial vehicle for months and I found one on their lot. I had the good fortune to work with Gabriel. As others have mentioned in previous posts, he was fantastic to work with. Because I was making this purchase from NC, I had to rely heavily on him to do what was needed to give me confidence in this purchase, having only the pictures and researched reports to go on. Gabriel went above and beyond to help me feel confident about purchasing from them. The process with this dealership was smooth. The product was accurately represented. Not to mention... this dealership takes pride enough in what they sell that they are not like many dealers who, after the chip shortage, wouldn't even bother to clean the vehicles that they were trying to sell you. When you walk through their lot, you'll see nice vehicles, clean with a nice presentation. You won't just look at one. After the thorough, painless process I experienced with this dealer, facilitated by Gabriel, I drove back to NC with my long awaited van. Even though this dealer is two states away, I will have no problem checking them out when I'm in the market again. Kudos to Gabriel and Global Motors VIP and I appreciated working with you.

Purchased a Land Rover from this company. Never even made it home. Had to have it towed more than 60 miles. I then had a REAL Land Rover certified mechanic check it out and found that the entire cooling system was trash as well as busted thermostat. Dealership tried to overfill the coolant to compensate and sell the vehicle. I asked the dealership mechanic and salesperson several times about the condition and was told it was “awesome “. I trusted them, my stupidity! Now it’s back in the shop because of hydraulic leak. My certified Land Rover mechanic said this is old damage. My vehicle has been in shop for 4 out of the five weeks I’ve owned it. It has cost me $4200 already to repair. Owner was contacted but all he he could do was have me bring it back so his non-certified Land Rover mechanic could look at it out of the “kindness of his heart”. Beware…… look at other dealerships before this one!

Buyer Beware: I put down $7000 for a car and financed the other $9000 with western funding, their lender. They bought my loan back from the finance company because my first payment was made late (12 days) and kept my $7000. The payment was made including late fee on Friday and they came the following Wednesday and got the vehicle unbeknownst to me. Now they have the vehicle back and will be selling the vehicle again. It’s fraud and a scam. They work with this lender so if you are a hour late with your payment, they take your car so they can resale it and eat your down payment. You won’t be told there is no grace period either and it’s nowhere in your contract. Don’t buy not even a stick of gum from them period.

Great use cars, for a great prices I totally recommend this place, i purchase a SUV from them 6 month a go and so far it been a great purchase.
