I started the car buying process months ago with other

I started the car buying process months ago with other dealerships, and was able to get settled and complete in a single day what took what felt like an eternity with other car stores. We found the cars we were looking for, (parked side by side) within SECONDS of parking at the dealership. We were greated with a friendly face and shown to exactly what our hopes were set on. The prices were a dream and there was no hassle on our part to get everything settled to make our purchase. The personel working there had a laid back approach to sales and I never felt presured or obligated to make a deal. Every question I had was met with an immediate answer, they are very experienced with sales, cars, and ensuring safety al9ng with satisfaction. We've been able to drive a brand new 2022 model jeep while our vehicles underwent inspection. I've never met more professional and kind people than I have here at Auto Nation, and I highly recommend anyone interested in buying or trading in thier car, come here first. Save yourself the hassle and start with the best option first.

dealer staff and members were all very helpful and friendly. Our sales man went out of his way to accommodate us in our transaction and on return questions hasn't hesitated to find the answers to our questions. Overall we are very pleased with the assistance and service we have received.

My Oil change w/complimentary tire rotation.

My 2021 Pacifica L came with wheel locks which were totally destroyed by the service department. Long story short, lost use of vehicle for three weeks, paid out of pocket for new wheel lock keys, told by SERVICE MANAGER to go to a local car reapir shop to have my destroyed wheel locks removed. $100.00 out of pocket expense. Sent a letter to Auto Nation along with copy of bill for wheel lock removal , no reply two months later. No tire rotation either. Very disappointed. I am a senior - Disabled Vet - American Citizen. This place made me feel like crap!

First one there Saturday morning at 6:45 for a 7am appointment. Went back at 12:30pm and the truck was not ready. All the other vehicles were finished. Had to come back Monday morning!!!!
