Great communication - kept me updated with the status of

Great communication - kept me updated with the status of repairs. Service department quickly identified the problem, upon approval, ordered parts and got the repairs done in a very timely manner. Additionally, they alerted me to some other issues that needed attention.

Aaron is awesome.

Aaron is awesome. He is always available if I have a question when my car is being serviced. He also takes the time to keep me updated if any additional concerns come up and lets me know when my vehicle will be ready.

We were greeted immediately by a service representative as we arrived. He was friendly and made us feel at ease as he helped us through the process of getting our vehicle serviced. The service was fast with our Rogue being returned to us in great shape.
