Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Gravity Motor

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Gravity Motor in Marietta. I can't thank Aryan enough! From the start, Aryan was incredibly helpful and attentive to show me all the functions of the car. His communication was top-notch throughout the entire process, and he made sure everything was seamless. I like my car but What I don’t like is when I got it back

I like my car but What I don’t like is when I got it back to NC I had an oil change done and the shop found many issues. Ball joints bad, leaking valve cover and timing cover gaskets, lower control arm issues and I had to replace the tires. The sales man was great. The dealership maybe not so much. They don’t seem to do any repairs on the cars they sell. The wash and ceramic it then put it for sale. Not what I thought sadly. If you want to buy from them bring the vehicle to a repair shop so they can give you a list of all the issues.

Not trust worthy!

I wish I could give them negative stars. Worst car purchase I've ever experienced. I put a deposit down in Oct '22, took delivery in Nov just before Thanksgiving. After a week I noticed an oil leak. Upon investigating, it turns out that they did not recondition the truck at all - No oil change, no new air filter, nothing. Not to mention the timing service they agreed to complete and didn't do. Upon returning the truck, they were apologetic but didn't fix the issue. They realized they couldn't fix it on-site, took my truck without my permission to an unauthorized repair shop who took another month to fix the leak and do the timing service. I picked up the truck again on New Years eve, supposedly it was ready. Within 24hrs the check engine light came on and I took it to the Ford Dealership. Their diagnosis - the timing service wasn't done correctly and needs to be redone. $5k repair on a newly purchased truck, after 2+ months of 'working on it.'

A great experience

I hate buying cars and the games that go with it. Especially since customer service seems to be lacking in many of my every day purchasing experiences. Having bought cars from out of state before, I am always mindful of dealing with a “used car salesman.” So you can imagine my surprise when this turned out be such a pleasant experience. A lot of it had to do with Josh. From negotiating a price, to the final details, Josh was pleasant, responsive and thorough. During the buying process we had communicated, verbally, faced timed, texted and e-mailed. In all forms of communication, Josh was prompt in his response and very complete and professional. To my surprise when a couple of items needed done to the car and I followed up to their progress, he would respond, “oh that was done this morning” or “yesterday after we talked”, wow. The car was exactly in the condition that he had stated, which was like brand new. There were a couple of minor issues (no temporary tag and missing charge cable) that arose after the car was paid for and delivered, which by the way was at a cost much lower than I had anticipated. Josh had assured me the items would be sent out the next day. And they were. Amazing.

WE WORKED WITH IVORY. HE WAS GREAT. THIS SYSTEM HAS A GLITCH AND KEEPS SHOWING THE WRONG SALESPERSON. IVORY TOOK CARE OF US BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER THE SALE.
