As a woman I was not given the fair opportunity as a Man would be seen to have my car repaired. I ask for a complimentary car but was told I would be charged $38 a day (did not get the car) from car enterprise when all the while waiting for a response due to having a diagnostic which was $209.00 dollars only to receive a response stating the charge for a high pressure fuel pump and a gas line in total 2,222.00 dollars would cost to be fix. The repairs were expensive being that I purchased the vehicle from this particular dealership. I?m deeply baffled? WOW.

As for the rental car, while we wish we could provide complimentary rentals, those are typically handled through third-party companies like Enterprise and are only covered in certain warranty situations. Since your vehicle was purchased from us over three years ago and is no longer under warranty, we weren’t able to waive that cost—but we understand that’s still disappointing, and we regret that it added to your frustration. We’re always open to further conversation if you'd like to discuss this more directly. Our goal is to make sure every customer feels heard and valued, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to speak with you further.
