Our experience was fabulous. Everything went smoothly with our salesman, Kaleb. He made sure we knew when our new vehicle would be ready and he was right on time. We highly recommend buying from Young Buick GMC!

They don’t respect customers value and cars
I wouldn’t recommend any young dealerships or service centers. Young service center in Owosso had brand new truck for almost a month and didn’t fix any warranty issues but did leave it out in the rain knowing the windshield leaked and also damaged bed cap and fender flair

The best vehicle leasing experience!
Being 71 years old, I've been leasing/buying GM vehicles for decades. I took delivery of a Buick Enclave from Young Buick/GMC in Owosso yesterday. It was by far, the best dealership experience I've ever had. Lori Young and her staff were amazing. They were very friendly and professional throughout the vehicle selection, leasing and delivery process. I live in the Rochester, MI area and have dealerships much closer to my home, but found it well worth my time to make the drive to Young in Owosso. It was my first time going to Young and I will never go anywhere else in the future. Kudos to Lori, Morgan, Michelle and Chris for making this such a great experience! I would highly recommend this dealership for Buick, GMC, Chevrolet and Cadillac vehicles.

I enjoy going to this place because everyone is so nice, courteous and polite. Its natural and easy to tell because of the other customers in the room. You never hear customers grumbling about cost or time it takes to get your repairs done.
