Car was not located at their Hagerstown location but was at their WV location not far away. When salesmen contacted us about car at the WV location we asked if we could get a Maryland inspection. We were told yes. When we showed up and we’re ready to buy the salesmen said that he couldn’t do it. Manager came out and said it wasn’t his problem to get a Maryland inspection. We’re lied to and then treated as if weren’t worth the trouble. Glad we found out about this before we signed any paperwork. We would of had nothing but problems after the sale.

I stopped at Fast Lane to look at their vehicles and prices. This was the third place I went to and by far, they were the ones who made me feel the most comfortable. Danny was the gentleman who got my wife and I into a vehicle that we love. He made us feel at home and he was not the ‘typical’ car salesman. He made it happen. I will be recommending FastLane to everyone I know. This is the place to go for a car. After Danny got us taken care of, we had the pleasure of dealing with Tony in the finance office and he is wonderful as well. He explained everything in detail to us. Fast Lane Car Sales is the best! Buying a vehicle from them was a quick, easy and painless process. Scot, our salesman, was great. He went out of his way to make our car buying experience a pleasurable one... which is so rare when you’re shopping for a vehicle at a dealer. He is definitely the guy to see when you want a fair deal, with no sales pressure. Tom from the finance department got our loan approved incredibly fast, with a much lower rate and monthly payment than we expected. We were expecting to pay twice as much as he got us approved for. We weren’t sure what to expect since we are small business owners and getting a vehicle loan can be a difficult process, requiring all kinds of extra paperwork. Not at Fast Lane though- the loan process was a breeze! We were in and out, keys in hand ready to take the new truck home in no time at all. If you are in the market for a used vehicle these are the guys to see!

I never bought a used car before for fear of getting a lemon! I have no idea if the previous owner did oil changes on time and other routune maintenance....so i was always afraid of getting burned. Fast Lane has a warranty program that simply works,in my case i bought a 2017 Dodge Caravan with 48,000 on it......they did me a great deal on it but what i left feeling was the same kinda peace of mind you have in a new car knowing all is covered for 3 years 36k miles.....they custom priced me a warranty for the next 25k miles i drive....in my case about 3 years worth......it covers all major functions but not wear items like brakes and hoses etc.....i never buy warranties In anything,but this made too much sense to me! It is a Dodge dealer recognized warranty,ok i paid 1300 bucks for it but they wrapped it into my loan for about 9 dollars a month.....if engine or transmission goes its covered,if i breakdown they tow me,pay car rental, brung gas etc......i came all the way from Rockville......and my Grand Caravan SXT 2017 is selling here for 19k and higher...... new they are about 29k.......Melanie was able to get my price down to 15,100 !!!!!! I had the room to buy warranty and peace of mind.....i love their honest approach.... The best thing i can say for them is I would buy from them again with no hesitation!
