I purchased a 2014 Fusion from this lot sometime ago and I can honestly say it was easily one of the smoothest transactions I've ever made. As a vetearn car buyer, I know the process can seem drawn out and heavy, but the staff was incredible! I believe the one who helped me seal the deal was a kid fresh out of college, who went by the name Mark or Marcus. He was incredible! Most of the previous cars I've purchased were one time cash payments, so I was worried about my credit when going into Big Lot, but this young man helped ease all my worries and had me paired with my new Fusion within a week, and I can honestly say I do not have any complaints! If you're searching for a new car and easy going staff, Big Lot is definitely the place to go!

I'm not the customer who is mad about nothing. I hostly wanted to rebuild my credit. I work hard and make my car payment on time every time. Made a big down payment and it just seems that sign the deal. After my warranty was out start having problems. Call and get treated like why you calling us. Parts missing off the car premise made to replace still not done 6 months later still not done call no-one call you back. I have a oil leak can't get them to focus because they booked, and when they maybe able to get me I will be without a transportation. I feel discounted and taken advantage off but it's all good because one day I'll be able to go to a relatable car lot and drive off in a nice clean car with no issues and good customers service.

I would agree with most of you writing review..I agreed when come to get you a car they fast But when u buy a car and you drive it for week and half and broke down on you..they act like Theys dont want to have to do anything with that They make me use my insurance to toll my own car.their not very good of getting back with you at all you the one have to take care of everything..I don't think it a good car dealerships at all..

I just went here to try my luck, really didn't think I would get approved! I have been told no so many times in the past! But the Big Lot Car Credit said YES! Thank you guys for all your work to get me in a new car! This will be the first lot I tell my friends and family to check out when looking for a new/used car!!!
