This Service Center is the worse in my 17th years experience

17 years already i'll been with Staten island Nissan Services, David Dann knos me very well, i was purchased for this years 4 new nissan cars from him, but because of good service, no anymore nissan car in my life, please customer should be never use Staten Island Nissan Service Mikhail

Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very courteous.

David was not only very knowledgeable about the product we were looking at ,which was a Nissan rogue sport, But he also was able to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay and we were able to leave our old car with him and drive off with the new car. I can not think of another transaction that ever went so smooth. We are now loyal customers.

Stay away from them.....

my car lease got toward the end i had two payment left so i stop by there to shop around and see what the deals are than they lie to me saying we will take care of the two payments and desposition fee so you don't have to worry about it unfortunately i decide to purchase a new nissan altima 2017 it past already two month after i bought a car from them the bill still comes to me i spoke to NMAC customer service i explain to them how these liers told me we will take care of the two payment left on my previous lease NMAC customer care say what ever the sales manager told you is INCORRECT as a courtesy NMAC waive the deposition fee ...but two payments will not be waived i stop by to Dave already 3 times all what i hear from him is you got to wait for the payment to clear up it past already two month bill still comes to my house ...bottom line is stay away from them and don't trust anything what they tell you i regret by buying a new car from them wish if i could take the business somewhere else one thing for sure i will never buy from them ever again i would not recommend to anyone to buy from them.....

Best leasing experience ever.

Flawless experience, having 3 local Nissan dealers around me in New Jersey and quite unhappy with the whole process I ended up at Staten Island nissan,the staff and service were exceptional, the showroom looks so fresh and very comfortable, the entire sales process was smooth, I will definitely come back for my fourth Nissan here, very well worth the trip.

Great place

Went into dealership with bad credit after being turned away at other dealerships once i walked into nissan of si i was met with a sales person stephano oliveiri an after explaining my situation he assured me we will get it done 24 hrs later i left with maxima platinum durango 1500 an q 50 all for my sons. These people that worked with me were professional the facility was immaculate and were the friendliest people right down to the car detailer i wanna extend my highest compliment to all the employees there and thank you so much for the help u given me an my family . I highly recommend nissan of staten island.

Great dealership experience! SEE DAMIANO!

Two weeks ago, my husband and I found ourselves at Nissan of Staten Island. We were looking for some extra room as we are expecting at the end of this year. Relaxed atmosphere

Sharone helped me lease my new car and made the process super easy and fast. Never felt pressured or rushed. He was very knowledgable of the vehicles and made us feel comfortable in our choices. He never kept us waiting and the car was ready when expected for pickup. The finance department was efficient in the process.

Ken went the extra mile for my wife and i

Took my wifes versa there for an airbag recall only to find out that the parts to repair the drivers side airbag will not be available until spring 2018 (it is now Aug 1 2017 This means that my wife will be driving her car for 8 or 9 months with. the potential to have the airbag inflator explode possibly injuring her badly or killing her (according to the NHTSA website) . Ken mentioned that he and the service manager would look into a possible loaner car but they would need authorization from Nissan.. I did not give it too much thought and took my wife's car home after they fixed the passenger side airbag. SURPRISE SURPRISE. a day later Ken called my wife and tells her to come in and pick up her loaner car.!, I was floored. This is the first time any dealer or dealer service dept has shown such compassion for us as a customer. I have yet to pick up the loan but suffice it to say I am impressed The new owners have truly turned the place around from what I found when we first had the car serviced.. Quite a turnaround. I think they have found a new customer
