I test drove a 2013 Ford Flex and a service light was on regarding fuel intake - this car does not have a gas cap on it (supposed to be that way). Service light cleared and Matt was going to ask mechanic opinion on this. Purchased car, wrote a check, no financing. (check cleared in 5 days with holiday and weekend in time frame) Also engine light came on 2nd week of driving the vehicle. I had it checked by City Auto - had to do with the same issue - fuel intake... was told he would do some research on it. The next day engine light on again - took it to Auto Zone and they checked it - same issue again. Then the service light that was on in the very beginning came on again as well. Messaged Matt about all of this as it happened - responses - "I will talk to our mechanic and get his opinion", "I'm on it", "will need to get you an appointment". That was the last communication - he hasn't answered any of my messages since. I know people are busy - I've waited days in between messages not wanting to bug him alot, but feel this issue should be taken care of by dealership since it was an issue from when I first test drove it. I have purchased a part that hopefully is going to fix the problem. I would be very hesitant to buy a vehicle there again - seems once they have your money, customer service is no longer a priority.

We traded in an 05 for an 07 SUV. About 2 weeks later I mentioned the windshield needs replacement. They recommended a local business that was fair on price. Well, they were, however, the windshield leaked and the glass co. would not return my calls. I also had to install a new exhaust system. I guess that check list in the window doesn't mean squat!!!! Least wise to them. Later, I tried to make a deal on an SUV again. Same year as mine only mine has many ad ons. They wanted $$ to boot. It's been over a month and that SUV is still sitting in their lot. I won't go back their again & to the people that do..............Good luck.
