My husband and I purchased my RAM truck and his Challenger, earlier this year from Auto Nation Ram in Littleton, CO (an excellent place to purchase vehicles). But because Auto Nation is pretty far from my house, I searched for Ram/Chrysler service centers to get my first oil change done near me. I found Larry H Miller and I booked an appointment for my oil change, 3 WEEKS in advance! I called the service center the day before my appointment to verify how long the oil change and recall check would take. I was told 1-2 hours. When I dropped my truck off at my appointment time, I was told 1-2 hours again. I was gone for 4 hours and never received a call to let me know my truck was done. I walked back into the service center to pick up my truck and was told that not only was my truck still not done, but they hadn't even started on it yet! I was told, once more, it would be another 1-2 hours! What the heck is the point of an appointment if it takes all freaking day?! I would NOT recommend using this service center and I will tell the world! Go to Auto Nation, Go to Auto Nation!

Terrible Service Department
The service department is terrible! They can never seem to fix the problem you go in for! Picking up my vehicle it was never test driven after repairs! Original problem never solved.1000.?s of dollars spent and still have the same problem! Mis diagnosed several times! Follow up is terrible! Excuse after excuse! Each time I go in there is at least one or two unhappy customers! As a previous auto repair shop owner of 3 shops I would fire everybody in this service department and start over!

Horrible service after they get your money
They were so pleasant as they completely took advantage of me. Unfortunately, it was too late by the time I realized they had signed me up for a lease with an exorbitant interest rate despite the fact I had excellent credit - 740 score. When I tried to call to get a payoff amount to refi out of the exorbitant interest rate lease, (thankfully it was through a credit union, so refi-ing was an option), they dropped my call, and when i called back they transferred me between different departments like a game of hot potato. I finally got the information i needed after calling back multiple times and threatening them with a bad review (i hate having to be that way, why can't they just be good to their customers? ) There are lots more horrible things they did (lost my keys when i went in for service and didn't even do what I took my truck in for, etc.), but it's too much to type. Based on my experience, there are no customers with this dealer, only victims. I truly think the people on here that are happy with their experience, just haven't read carefully through their paperwork. Like I said the sales and finance guys are very charming while taking you to the cleaners. Hopefully this review saves someone from all the headache I've been through.

About a month ago i worked with Tim Rankin to buy my new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee! I couldn't be happier with the experience. I have always had great experiences at most dodge dealerships but Larry H Miller just provided the most superb experience of all in my recent purchase on a 2014 Dodge Ram Big Horn. Before my search in a truck, I was in a tough spot. My credit was still in need of improvement and I was upside down in my previous auto loan. Still I took the chance to see what Larry H Miller could do to help me get out of my Jeep Patriot and back into a truck. I initially stopped by during the first week of March where I met Chris Meachum. We talked about my situation and though knowing it would be a stretch, he still took the time to work with me. Chris also took time to partner with John Urban (partner, sales and Leasing Specialist) so that they could find me the best deal. They heard me out to ensure they noted down exactly what I was not only looking for in the vehicle but what I wanted to spend. A couple days later they called me up, put together an amazing deal for me, had a beautiful truck in mind. I test drove it and just like that I was back in not only a truck but a Ram. They handled every single detail of the sale with professionalism and provided the most incredible service ever. Never pushy and just made sure I was happy and taken care of the entire time. Larry H Miller is the place to go!
