Was very impressed with the service, from the courtesy pick up to the turn around time to get my car. Rick heard how desperate I was to have my car repaired and returned as soon as possible and that is what he did. So grateful.

Kia of Meridian is always wonderful.
Kia of Meridian is always wonderful. From the service department to the sales, even the people behind the scenes ( like the ones detailing cars and changing oil, etc). Every single time I take my car in to be serviced I always get it back WAY cleaner than whenever I brought it in and I thank them so very much for that!! I wouldn’t choose any other dealership to do business with. So a huge thank you to Kia of Meridian

I purchased a Kia Sedona from Kia Meridan.
I purchased a Kia Sedona from Kia Meridan. It was a great experience until it was time to use the warranty. They would not even try to hear what I needed and how we could come about to fix my vehicle. I was still under warranty but they would not honor it!!!! I will not go there again to purchase a vehicle. Buyer beware!!!!

Best Customer Service
I really have enjoyed having Kia in Meridian service my car. I use to go to Flowood but the customer service in Meridian is 100%. They keep you updated and things discussed thoroughly. Thank you Kia Meridian!

I do not recommend the service center.
I recently bought a used car and while that experience wasn’t so bad the service afterwards was lacking. They promised a complimentary oil change, detailing and a full tank of gas. All I got was the oil change. I work nights and had to bring it in at 7:30am to get all that done. I was there five minutes early but was informed the oil change guy called into to work late. An hour and a half later it was ready. The lady said it’s all clean and ready to go. It wasn’t touched as far as cleaning. I went back inside to inform her it wasn’t cleaned at all. She saw me about to come inside and she turned to her coworker and as soon as I came in the door she counted down 3,2,1 smartly like she was counting down for my complaint that she knew was coming. It’s not good business to promise things that aren’t delivered in the end.

Today, I took my K5 in to get it's first service
Today, I took my K5 in to get it's first service inspection done. The experience was wonderful. It didn't take them long to service it. The staff was very nice. I left a happy customer.

Worst Customer Service in the industry!
I sent 1 email and 2 chat online for a Chrysler Pacifica's Price. 1 day latter and 3 chats and 1 phone call directly to the dealership and seemed to wake the man up that answered the phone, I asked him for the price. I got this run around that the service internet dept had changed and not even sure if my request had been received. I asked him how hard is it to look up a stock number and give me the cost? I have waited now 2 days. I said it is not the freaking hard to look up the information providing you actually have the vehicle. He said, "well since you said Freaking and raised your voice, I am not dealing with you" hung up. I never raised my voice and have the call recorded to prove that. HOWEVER...I will not give my hard earned cash to a dealer that is that unorganized or rude myself. So good Luck Kia of Meridian...I will let all the people I know in your area to never never do business with you.

Prices to high
I went in for a oil change in my 2019 Kio Opmita ! Everything was very good and people were nice but the price was $80 for a simple oil change! In my book that is high! I don’t believe I am going back again for that!
