Bought a vehicle a little over a month ago. Been in the shop for three weeks out of 5. Yes it is a as is place. However, the things you can't see. The fact the vehicle was wrecked and it was never made known to me. The fact that the AC unit that was put in after the wreck is not even bolted in. The transmission cooler is zip tied in and rubbing against the front bumper. The PCM (power control module) computer does not match the vehicle. This is a Dodge Durango Citadel but the Vin on the computer comes back to a Jeep. The PCM never got flashed so the vehicle is throwing codes putting it into limp mode. Shutting off motors and AC unit driving down the road. Contacted my attorney. They think their as is contract covers them. However one of the pieces of paper you sign tells you which State Motor Vehicle Office to contact to make a complaint as well as the BBB. All of which I will be contacting on Monday morning. Om disabled with two types of cancer and have nothing better to do buy sit in the median and let everyone know they are crooks. Contacted the finance company as well and let them know that this is the type of business they do. The finance company sells the extended warranty and was not happy that they are selling wrecked and sub-par vehicles. It's costing the finance company to fix their crap. And yes, I went in and had it out with Manny and Bo. So when they come on and say I disrespected them you're xxxx right I did.

I asked one question and it made the guy so mad he told me to F off I don’t know how many times and called me an old man. He clearly lied about some thing and when I called him on it he lost his mind. Don’t go to this lot. Don’t mess with these people. Their whole sham is to make a buck and stick it to the customer and laugh and lie while they’re doing it.

The staff at the dealership went out of their way to make the car buying experience pain free. They helped me pick out a great car for my budget, explained my contract, and even let me know that I should get a warranty to protect my investment! Thanks Yes Auto!

They sell 15000 dollar cars with rebuilt titles for as is do not go to this place they will not give you ur money back they will not offer a warranty upfront

While buying the car these guys were amazing, fast and great customer service. Fast forward to 2 months. I had got a letter from the place I've done my financing through and have HAD ZERO luck getting in touch with them, so I called them in hopes of getting some help. Picked up said they couldn't help and I'd have to call the loan place, mind you I only got one word in before that was said. All I can say is I will NEVER be using them again.
