Purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler.

Purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. While delivering it had a noise. I was given the option to either have them fix it or take it to my mechanic and Lakeside would reimburse me for the repair. Repair was $600. Was told 3 times “the check was sent”. 3 months later still no check. Signed a good faith agreement. Now taking to small claims court. Do not recommend.

The worst experience buying a vehicle we've ever had.

The worst experience buying a vehicle we've ever had. Don't buy from here unless you wanna have your vehicle towed as soon as you drive off the lot. They sell unsafe vehicles that haven't been properly inspected. Beware of the salesmen. They only care about you until they get their check.

Jim was very easy to ask questions too and received the

Jim was very easy to ask questions too and received the answers..he was extremely friendly and seemed to take what I had to say very serious. I would totally recommend him to anyone looking for a good car at a good price

I bought a 2011 Chevy traverse from these guys in late

I bought a 2011 Chevy traverse from these guys in late December 2023 got it home and parked it for the the rest of the winter because of the known issues with the traction controll stabilitrak awd and abs not working. Snows gone I drive it less than 800 miles and it dies completely while I'm driving it. They tell me the best they can do is internal rates for them to fix it. I understand because it's was as is Lemmon law does not apply even so I knew about the suspension work that it needed but if I buy a car from a used car dealership that runs and drives. You don't buy it as is expecting it to stop running in the next 800 miles. I didn't ask them for much. Just to make it right. Not tell me the best they can do is internal service rates. Be cautious of what you buy from these guys. And make sure you get everything in writing.

If I could rate this lower I would!

If I could rate this lower I would! The service department at Lakeside has been an absolute nightmare! Weeks after getting my car I had issues with it starting and since I bought the warranty I called Lakeside to get it fixed. Only to be told it would be over a month before they would even look at it. Then 4 months after my daughter bought her car her from them her transmission blew. After towing it to the dealership she received a call the next day stating they would have it in to be looked at immediately....over a month later and they still hadn't looked at the vehicle to even order parts or anything. It's been months now and her car is still sitting there without a new transmission and the service department just gives us the run around time after time. SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE OF THIS PLACE AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Never do business there

Never even got a call back worst place ever if you don’t have what people are looking for just call them back and say sorry We don’t have this in stock right now. Or your credit doesn’t Allow you to purchase something at this time or we are Busy we will get back to u later.

They put 4 new tires on, except 1 was faulty.

They put 4 new tires on, except 1 was faulty. Took it back to the dealership where they had it for a week and did not repair. Very poor experience and do not trust the vehicle quality from this dealer.

Kaleb is the guy to see when purchasing a vehicle
