My Sorento had a problem with my radio Chris the Service Manager was very helpful he said it needed an update then asked if they could just go ahead and do my oil change. We bought the package when we bought the car, so we didn’t have to bring it back in a couple of weeks so he saved us a trip.

My check engine light was on. I made an appointment to have it checked. It took them 6 hours & they erased all the codes on my car so all I have is what they have written on a piece of paper. I can not get the worked fixed under warranty because they erased the codes. I am very unhappy with the service department & I felt like all they wanted me to do is buy a new car. My Telluride is a 2022. I will be going back so they can have a chance to fix their mistakes. I will write a new review depending on if they fix the mistakes they have made.
