I would give ZERO stars but have to give one to write a review. Total clown show. I called on a car, confirmed price on phone and was told the car was available. Went to dealership immediately to test drive then sat down with Justin to purchase the vehicle. (I found it odd that during the test drive he did not try to sell me the car, but since its a sellers market figured he thought he didn't need to). After taking some paperwork, he came back to tell me the car was sold. WHAT?? Then said not to worry the exact same car would be back in inventory in a week and then tagged on another 12K to the "final price" listed on the website. Unbelievable...total sham and waste of time. He knew the car was sold before he told us to come down to the dealership....then thought he would easily upsell another car. Nope....not today SATIN! Very shady and unprofessional group. Posting false prices on the internet, stating the vehicle was available and letting us test drive & sit down to deal on it, only to sell it out from under us. So very dishonest....buyer BEWARE.

The worst dealership ever the salesman and the managers are sheisty, don’t trust no one up there at all. I will not recommend Sydney as a sales person at all or jerry as the manager run far as you can from this place horrible

Listed a car on their page and didn't have any info or
Listed a car on their page and didn't have any info or pictures. The listing said "2022 Sorento". No color. No features. Nothing. I emailed and asked if the car was there on the lot and I was told it was. I asked for pictures and a trim or features. The reply was "Not until we have a phone number." I knew from dealing with them preciously and asking them why they did this that their practice was to call 2 times in a row every hour every day. I explained I wasn't going to give a number for them to harass me all day long since I wasn't even sure I was interested in this car. They refused to send details. It's fine I ended up ordering the exact car I wanted with all the features I wanted from Kia for less than their 5000 over MSRP mystery vehicle. If they think harassing someone an illegal amount of times will get them sales or acting like this will get them sales they are sadly mistaken. If this is how they are when you're trying to give them business I hate to think of how they would be if there was an issue. Run far away from these people and definitely do not give them your contact info.

They have a 1.5 Rating for a reason. Terrible experience. They marked up a Telluride 10K ... We agreed to pay a certain number and total price increased 27K. The finance guy was an absolute clown.. talked down to us.. completely unprofessional. I would advise anyone to spend your money elsewhere.

So dissatisfied, the service department lost my a cap to...
So dissatisfied, the service department lost my a cap to my light, and told me twice they ordered the part. But have not received nothing but lies from Tyler, Fabian, Jacob and Wendy Culler all over their error. Was provide what was suppose to be Service Supervisor Jamie MaccAsserty number was provide Jacob's number. Very Unprofessional, and wonder if it's because I'm Black (yes pulling race card).

Bad service
My wife and I purchase a brand new 2020 Kia stinger GT and after 6000 miles noticed the brakes was vibrating immediately afterwards we reported it to the service department and they didn't provide us with any solution of why this will be occurring. After every oil change I would discuss this matter but the answer they will give me was the rotors needed to be replaced. Doing my research the stingers GT models are having problem with the breaking systems I ask to speak with the manager at Clay Cooley but unfortunately she wouldn't come from her office to discuss my options. The service team only could say it's wear and tear no warranty at this time I now have 15500 miles with major vibration I highly recommend current and future Kia stinger owners to not deal with this particular dealership due to not being professional and honest about a current problem with the manufacturer of the Stinger GT. They want to charge a fee to have my rotors turned instead of honoring their product I immediately went to another dealer and they explained they are having breaking issues with this particular car and they will turn my rotors for free to try and correct my issue. My family and I will not be buying another Kia product due to poor service management and warranty.

I regret buying my car from Clay Cooley and Mr. Joseph Fernandez!! I would give a 5-star rating on the 2022 Telluride but NOT the Clay Cooley Kia Dealer. I would choose any dealer but them. I was the easiest sale! I paid cash for a 2022 SX, Prestige Telluride, no trade in, no financing required. What ruined my experience was the post sales treatment. They did not prep the car, give me a mindful tutorial or acted like this was a sale at all. All they wanted to do was close for the night. I tried to by $5,350 of accessories (Trailer hitch, lighting kit andlighted door sills and could not get an answer on cost, installation or lead time. I asked to talk to the general manager (Mr. Joseph Fernandez) and he could not even call me back, after 3 messages. I absolutly hated the treatment and experience from Glay Cooley Kia's sales management team. I wish I bought it else where. They deserve all the low ratings they get and I am sure, with out managment and culture change this will continue. SHAME on Mr. Fernandez and his mindless team of 9 to 5 ers. I ended up buying all the parts I needed and had them installed with certifyed installers who cared about my business. Read through these reviews and tell me if your not mistifyed why they are still in business. I will NEVER do business with Clay Cooley or their managment team in the future!
