I brought my MINI Cooper S in for its annual oil change ? they also checked and topped off all my other fluids, and the service was quick and efficient. Oscar Miranda was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly while answering all my questions.

We thought our journey with Mini was coming to an end.

We thought our journey with Mini was coming to an end. Drove our Countryman for 7-8years and it?s been so good to us. Then we received an offer from Mini that we had to check out! Now we?re officially extending our mini experience with a new 25? Countryman thanks to the wonderful people at Mini of Dallas! Kevin was our sales guy and he walked through absolutely everything with us! Patient, detailed, passionate and professional. Kevin made us feel comfortable and made this experience as smooth as possible. We weren?t able to do too much research on the car beforehand but we definitely learned a lot about our new car by the end of it. Ron, who helped with the finance side, also made this experience very easy for us. He understood where we were coming from and exactly what we wanted out of this whole deal. Financing and warranties are always that tricky and not-so-fun part of the car buying experience. Our talk with Ron was totally different from any of my previous experiences. We managed to get a great deal on our new car and am very happy for it! Overall, probably the best car buying experience I?ve ever had. And the 2025 Countryman is just amazing! Great car, great staff! Thank you Mini of Dallas!

The entire purchase experience was a pleasure! Our sales associate, Kevin Choi, explained all there was to know about the MINI driving experience and answered all questions to our satisfaction. We both have driven Lexus autos for the past 25 years and had numerous questions regarding service expectations. The day we took delivery of the MINI, Kevin went over in detail all of the features of the car. We stopped back by the dealership with a couple of questions a few days later and he took the time to answer them. It was an all around positive experience from the moment we entered the showroom to driving off the lot 6 days later with our new MINI.
