Although they offered a car wash as a courtesy part of the package, I took my car to be clean the same day after the service. The cleaning was mediocre!

most repair workers charge a fee to diagnose a problem,...

most repair workers charge a fee to diagnose a problem, but if you have them fix it they subtract the diagnose fee from the labor charge (probably because most of the labor is already done digging into the problm.) Not with Ferman. Disapointed that they do this double billing in my opinion. If I elected to not have the repair done I woudl expect to just pay the diagnose fee.

It took me about 30 min to get connected to WiFi and...

It took me about 30 min to get connected to WiFi and nobody was able to help me with that. I had an oil change the day before and now I have a rattling noise when I stop driving so I am going back today.

Very friendly atmosphere in the dealership. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and we really appreciated having the Mini delivered to us , since we are older folks and prefer not to drive from our home over to the dealership in Pinellas county.

The sales people I dealt with were awesome and kept in...

The sales people I dealt with were awesome and kept in touch with me very well! The only problem I had was that I felt like the final delivery of my car was a little rushed. The outside of the car had some smudge marks on it and one of the tires was low in pressure and the warning light was on.
